Only good thing was location which was next to main station.
We were forced to pay tax (Euro 24 in total) separately although room was prepaid.
Their bathrooms were literally transparent which may be good for a couple but no one want to see their coworker naked.

Very comfortable, great value for money. Nice bathroom facilities.
Friendly staff.
It didn’t affect us apart from having heavy luggage but there are several steps up to reception so not accessible (unless we missed signs) for disabled people.
Would have tried breakfast but seemed very expensive.

Comfortable room in a great location and a fabulous Thai restaurant on site.
Room cleanliness was lacking. Small things but could be better.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and affordable
Didn’t bother me, but guests should be aware they’re in the fringe of the street drug culture (at HBF) and the red light district

A good hotel, with photos on the website matching reality. Convenient location, close to the train station.
As I mentioned in my previous review, we extended our booking due to the need to stay longer in the city.
The issue with the leaking pipe, which caused water to pour from the ceiling in the bathroom, turned out to be serious, and we were relocated to another room.
The hotel staff are excellent — they advised and helped us with any questions. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room and provide all the necessary amenities.
Overall, our impression of the hotel is quite positive.
In addition to some of the inconveniences I described in my previous review, it’s worth mentioning the problems with the terrace rooms: guests who rent rooms without balconies systematically smoke at their windows and throw cigarette butts down onto those sitting on the terraces below.
Attempts to talk to these people, as well as conversations with the hotel administration (with photo evidence of the issue), did not help at all.
During our several-week stay, we also noticed an unpleasant trend: once or twice for a week the terrace rooms being booked for just one night by groups of young people who use them for loud nights. This often comes with excessive noise (on one occasion, at three in the morning, they were running down the corridor, banging on other guests’ doors, including ours) and unpleasant odors from smoking some kind of weed.
There are no critical downsides to staying at this hotel, but there are some unpleasant situations that can arise anywhere, since it’s difficult to predict in advance who will be renting the rooms.

The staff was friendly, spoke excellent English and was able to answer my questions. The beds were comfy and the room's amenities okay.
Terrible, terrible neighborhood. I genuinely felt in danger when going out after dark. People using heavy drugs with needles on the street right next door, aggressive beggars, prostitutes, people trying to openly sell drugs and the police just ignoring all this.
The shower was inside the room, right next to the beds, only separated by glass. I've never seen anything like this before. I admit I could've taken a better look at the pictures before booking, but I didn't even expect something like this. Awkward when using the room with a friend!

The location is very central and you have alots of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
We recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Frankfurt.

Really cheap, convenient area next to the station. and staff were super friendly, we were also allowed to check in early. Good for like 1 night.
Hotel room stank like cigarette smoke and decor of rooms is really outdated and dark. When booking I mistook ‘reopening’ as redecorating.

Only the new renovated entry
For “New opening“we expected a completely new /fresh renovated hotel.
Unfriendly staffs,Cleanliness, stuffy rooms, tiny lift to serve the whole hotel.
Our room was not cleaned even once during our 3 nights stay. They changed our Green Tag to DND.Had to ask the receptionist for new towels & beddings which i as a guest had to change by myself.

below average price
My stay was unfortunately very poor. The elevator was consistently broken, meaning I had to climb five floors to my room. The sauna was also out of order. My room had terrible soundproofing due to an extra (locked) interior door, allowing me to hear everything from the adjacent room. Most concerningly, someone repeatedly knocked and even opened my door while I was sleeping in the mornings compromising my privacy & security. This property clearly has significant issues and I cannot recommend it.

It was close to the central station, check in/out was quick, and the staff was friendly.
The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
It's a good for the price.
The fridge was so old it barely worked.
be careful as there are quite lot of drug addicts near the central station.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very polite, breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable. There was also free hand sanitiser for everyone to use(I suppose because of the coronavirus), which was appropriate, given the fact you couldn't buy it from anywhere at that given moment.
The administration.
My trip was work related, but the event was cancelled, because of the coronavirus. The night before my stay, the zone in which I live in Italy was put under quarantine and I didn't even know if it's going to be possible to travel. I tried to ask for a partial refund, even though fair enough, I had booked a non-refundable stay. Given the circumstances, I believe it was appropriate to offer something more than a 10% refund on the already inflated(in that period) rate. I wanted to speak with the manager to file a complaint and I was given an email, which later turned out to be simply the front desk email address.
In the end, I was forced to travel, checking in for my flight literally 5min before the deadline, since I had to wait for a confirmation from the government that flights are allowed. And that was only, because I didn't want to lose all the money I had paid(1500 euro for 4 nights).
I see it as insensitive and irresponsible on their part, because not only did I risk travelling by plane(risking my own health), but more importantly, because they also risked the health of their own visitors, knowing I'm coming from the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak in Europe.

Location, bar and food are good, as is the service and staff.
I stay here every year for 2 to 3 nights in January to coincide with a trade fair, and book a few months before. This year I booked as usual but about 1 week before I had to change the days I stayed because of the death of my best friend whose funeral I had to attend, and because of this the hotel almost trebled the price of my stay. A complete rip off!

Its a good location
We visit Frankfurt for an exhibition, the exhibition this year was postponed due to the virus and this hotel was very unhelpful, they would not move our dates and insisted on sticking to there policy of no refund, eventually they offered 10% refund but whats the point ? I feel that they could have been allot more sympathetic considering the circumstances and considering we stay at the same place. we wont next time, my advice is to avoid these unhelpful people.

Super Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Messe. Trotzdem ruhig. Freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattetes Frühstück, bequemes Thai Restaurant vor Ort. Zimmer sauber, gute Dusche.

. Haare, Flecken auf Boden und Scheiben. Kein Licht nachts, alles halbdunkel. Hab mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Würde ich nie wieder buchen.
