Perfect for short stay in Frankfurt

I always stay here when I am In Frankfurt. The reception desk staff are always super kind and friendly and helpful. This time Omer was the front desk receptionist and he was very nice. Well done and thanks Omer. The bedroom was quiet on the 7th floor, excellent comfortable bed and with solid WiFi. Good shower with good linen. Everything as expected. Excellent stay again for a very reasonable price.

There is a Tegut supermarket right beside the hotel.

The housekeeping is not consistent and wish they could be more attentive in making the room and replenishing the shampoo and body wash.

Amazing

Friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, and nothing was ever a problem. The service was kind, professional, and very helpful. Special thanks to Carina and Omer, who did everything to make our stay pleasant and unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Excellent location in a comfortable and clean hotel

We went to Frankfurt for the Christmas markets so the hotel was very central with the markets being 10 mins walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern, very clean and comfortable and had everything you’d need for a weekend stay.

Lovely inside, outside less so.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, nice and close to the station. The hotel is lovely and clean inside. Room was big enough for a single night stay.

The area surrounding the hotel is not the cleanest nor safest place, something to bear in mind if travelling with family.

Really comfy bed, lovely spacious room, really clean modern bathroom, close to the station, friendly helpful staff! Can’t really get much better

It’s a great spot if you need the station, but if this hotel was closer to the old town it would be perfect! The street it’s on and surrounding roads aren’t the best but it’s still such great value for money

It ok for location for a night but no more

Breakfast at time I went 9.30 was very limited, lots of the buffet empty. Beds not the comfiest

Location and good breakfast.

We did not get a double room the size as seemed like in the photo of the room online. I queried it, and was told that they expected only one person and not two. Showed them the paperwork disputing that. I believe they put us in a single room. They wouldn't give us another room. The bathroom facilities were poor in that the shower was located in the bathtub making it very slippery when having a shower. At checkout were told that we would get a refund of 70 euros, but it hasn't reached my account yet if they did. The room was too small and not comfortable for a 4 night stay for 2 people.

The people are taking drugs outside the front door and all over the street. If you like The Walking Dead, you can see it in person. Drugs everywhere. However, lovely, friendly people, great food and cultural experiences during daylight hours

Very comfortable and good value. Would stay again!

The room was quite large and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect - so close to the train station and also to the old part of the city where there were heaps of restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again - we slept like logs and had no disturbances.

The only issue was that although the bathroom was renovated and the shower lovely, there was no drain in the main part of the bathroom so water from the shower door had nowhere to drain!

A very pleasant hotel

Perfect location, nice and service minded staff, high security shields with card keyes to even access the elevators (and use them). Silent rooms and good AC in the hot days and nights. Spacy room and comfortable beds, even if I'm not a fan of such high beds! But the room was stylish and fulfilling in every other way.

The bed was higher than I prefer and (quite personally) I didn't understand how to use the coffee machine. But the water boiler made that even.

I had a great stay

I liked the fact that it’s in a remote location which is 5mins walk from the main train station. Hence it’s only ten minutes by train from the main train station to the City centre dropping off at Konstablerwache Station

perfect for a short stay when you need easy access to the train station, and dont mind inelegant surroundings outside.

The room was large and very nice. It seemed very safe and secure, despite the somewhat dodgy surroundings. Lots of places to eat nearby for inexpensive but decent food. Very close to the train station, also a short walk to the old town and to the bridge across to nicer part of Frankfurt.

- noisy at night, even when windows were closed. I knew this was likely, but wanted to be very close to the train station and also safe and in a nice hotel, which it was. - shower design - either I misunderstood how to use it, or you have to squeeze yourself back into a tiny area of the tub in order to get showered on and also to not get the bathroom floor wet.

Convieniently located but I would stay in another part of the city if I come to Frankfurt Again.

Located very convieniently for Train Transport and within reasonable walking distance to areas of interest.

The roads/streets surrounding the hotel are a Red Light District. There were vagrants and drug addicts openly consuming drugs on the streets. Some were quite agressive, not an area you want to walk around on your own at night. Just outside the area was fine and I felt perfectly safe within a few streets of the hotel.

The location was amazing, and the rooms were so comfy and clean.

The front desk and the card in our room said the rooms weren’t cleaned everyday, but every day at 8a the cleaning lady would bang on the door and wake us up, and then keep knocking until we left the room. I was a little perturbed because I wasn’t expecting to have to leave our room so early every day on vacation

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Good size room and nice bathroom. Close to everything- can walk to all main attractions. Very secure- multiple layers of card access to get to your room. Lovely multi lingual staff.

Not worth the money

Location is good and automation facility and room size is good. Customer services is good too

Terrible and inconsiderate facility. Once we checked in and settled in, Bodywashing liquid was Not filled so that one of us had to come stepping out of Bath Every several minutes to get hand washing liquid to get substitute bodywashing liquid ( indeed very cold and slippery for us) and the shower floor is very slippery! Hotel tissues are Not filled in and messy, phone was never working/connected and messily and dirtily place on the desk. Air conditioning is only set to be the cooling mode instead of heating mode in such cold winter time of the year.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet place, near the river and the city centre.

Although it is a very popular place, and very close to the old town and city centre, the area is full of junkies and one block from the red light district, which is not a pleasant sight for normal people. Late in the evening becomes really scary to walk around.

my first staying room was so noisy. I could hear someone walking really loud above. I was really tired and I called the

the lobby looks fancy. it’s just 3 minutes walk from the main station.

1. the street was awfully terrifying with drunk people and beggars. Even though the location is great it got some cons also such as noises from the streets ( I stayed at the 5th floor but that doesn’t stop the loud car sounds) 2. The bathtub is not equipped in every room. 3. Too few staff and too much work for them.
