Terrible customer service and awful location

Inside the hotel is fine, standard really

The area is horrendous, we didn’t realise how BAD and UNSAFE it was till we got there. Homeless people everywhere, sex shops and strip clubs. It’s just horrrible. After the first night we felt so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave and change hotels. The staff at the desk have said they could refund us but we had booked through booking.com so we would need their authorisation. Booking.com have been horrendous sending us back and forth between the hotel and them to just get a refund for the nights we weren’t there!! Now they’ve refused a refund.

It is in the middle of the red light area which is quite dirty. But it is safe and close to many cool bars and restaurants, and the Main.

Phenomenal comfort and a great welcome.

The location was great for me, such an amazing hotel. Room so comfortable I stayed as long as I could. Little things like free drinks and snacks, the whole ambience of the place was just brilliant. Second time I’ve stayed in a 25hours hotel and both times I’ve been blown away.

While the location was great geographically, it wasn’t the nicest of areas near the train station. But this is only minor.

Great hotel

This hotel has a touch. Everything to every little detail is so beautiful and comfortable. You can feel that when you step into the lobby and then to adore it in your room. All the services are great, the staff is welcoming and friendly. Close to the train station.

Nothing not to like about the property but the area …. I understand it is close to the train station but the local authorities must do smth about all that people and their drugs around. It’s a shame!

Superb

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Colorful and quirky. I love 25hours and planning to stay at more in the future.

The location was sketchy & all streets leading to it were scary/unsafe to walk through, specially at night. The staff didn’t allow us to park our car in the hotel parking because of our car size although I spotted bigger cars parked in the location. No alternative was given to us and we weren’t informed of any car size restrictions prior to our arrival.

Exceptional

Rooms are fantastic, clean modern and comfortable. Service from the lady at reception was exceptional, more than helpful for an Australian traveller who only speaks English. Food at the restaurant is next level!

Don’t walk the streets in the early hours of the morning or late at night! Unless of course you like to see drunks, drug dealers and homeless beggers. Walking to the hotel with a suitcase, everyone’s eyes are on you, keep your valuables close.

It has a good vibe and the rooms are quite spacious and very clean. On the roof top you can work out while looking at the skyscrapers

The surrounding area is.. absolutely insane! It’s in the heart of a deprived area around the train station where homeless people, drug addicts and sex workers are lying on the street. Not for the faint hearted, but if you don’t mind it’s very central if nothing else

Really comfy beds

Staff was too busy to answer phone query about parking, but very helpful and responsive when I was there in person. The surrounding area is pretty scummy, so you really need to use the Hotel parking which was 17€ a n ight.

Quite a 'quirky' hotel,but in a good way. Interesting art & decor, so it stands out in a sea of muted beige & grey toned hotels.bahrooms good & rooms are large.. Staff very pleasant & helpful and its only a short 5min walk from Haptbahnhof (Main).Station. Good value.

The area is a little 'dodgy' & streets/footpaths are grubby. A few' undesirables' in the area, so just be conscious of those around you.

good size rooms nice reception area staff were lovely

no Wi-Fi for the whole of my stay breakfast buffet wasn’t a buffet - you had to order things from a menu, the gluten free bread was rock hard no kettle in the room which was odd rough area unfortunately, on my last day there were junkies shooting up just opposite the hotel, I was quite shocked.

nice clean and decor was interesting

on top of a nightclub, I’ve been to some raves back in the day and this was up there, the walls in our room were shaking from midnight to 5am, I could tell you the name of each tune being played it was that loud! Then you venture outside to be greeted by a scene from the walking dead with her ion and crack addicts slumped in every doorway, dealers openly selling prostitutes wandering round, was like hell on earth and I promise you this is no exaggeration!

great hotel... bad street

the room was beautiful and spacious... i had to skip breakfast because i stayed out till 4 am... but dinner was fantastic in the beautiful NENI. I had a wonderful lamb dish and it was soooo tender that you didn't have to bite it ; )

everything inside the hotel is wonderful but the location is more than dodgy. The street outside the hotel is full of drug dealers and as much as the police comes and goes the minute the leave all the seedy characters are back on the street. While I understand that this is a Frankfurt problem this part of town has a history of being messy and unfortunately it has not managed to change.
