25hours Hotel The Trip

When I arrived, there was a loud sound in my room. I immediately informed reception and they gave me a new room with a free upgrade to a bigger room, which I really appreciated as I arrived late at night. The bed was very comfy. I've been to 25hours Hotel in Berlin and Vienna and I'm a big fan. Location is very handy, especially when heading straight to the airport or to the main train station. There are so many lovely details in each room.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing in Frankfurt was that the big shower head has not been properly maintained, so the water went in all directions and I didn't have the relaxing waterfall shower effect that I was hoping for. The other thing was the breakfast buffet, for the price I've paid, I've expected a bigger selection, especially compared to 25hours in Berlin/Vienna. The breakfast selection was very standard and I expected more.

The decoration is beautiful and the room was in a great size. We also took our dog with us.

The area is bad but it is good of you need to take a train to the airport or somewhere else

I really like this hotel brand - good and trendy facilities, very close to train station, confortable and spacious rooms. Stayed for 1 night, so couldn't really test other services they offer.

The hotel is close to the train station, so one should be conscious of the neighbourhood. Hotel is secure and silent, but worth flagging.

Decent standard

Extremely noisy party in the yard until 4 am; hotel is located on a street full of addicts, didn’t feel safe walking there even during the day
