Enjoy the stay.

House was clean. Modern kitchen. House alarm and good locks.

Paint was pealing in places, decor looked worn. TV was old-ish and did not have full internet connectivity, needed to Cast from phone. Wooden floor while nice, had the occasional nail head raised. Though it was not needed, the third bed was a folding bed in the back downstairs room even though there appeared to be a third bedroom upstairs.

Very good

Amazing host, really helpful and made sure we arrived and settled in fine. Great location close to public transport and Sefton Park. Really comfortable bed and lovely kitchen. Great if you are looking for a bit more space.

the actual living space was very small. although it wasnt cold when we were in liverpool we had the heating on because there was damp on the walls and we felt quite damp all the time,

A lucky find, the perfect base

This property was an incredibly lucky find when other accommodation was running at extortionate prices. It's a short taxi ride from the centre and was the perfect base for myself and my parents during our short stay in Liverpool.

The only note I'd leave for travellers is that the stairs are very steep so this may not be the best place for older or not-fully-mobile guests.

The communication with Sinead was amazing, very informative and helpful! The property was lovely, very well kept and clean! All the necessary amenities and more, we really enjoyed our stay and wi definitely stay again if we're ever back in Liverpool! Very nicely situated in terms of shops and transport to the city centre/docks! 10/10 would recommend!

Overpriced

Clean, warm home, comfortable beds.

TV not tuned in, unable to use. Front door lock is extremely tempremental. Owner not available if needed in an emergency. The front door would not unlock even after following the instructions provided, landlady not available to support, after two hours trying the door unlocked. Landlady's response to this issue was less than satisfactory
