Location.
The description was misleading - it was basically a bedroom in someone's flat, with a tiny loo and shower. No TV or armchair so just good for sleeping.

The room was Great, spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The location was superb and just a stone’s throw from the M&S arena .
I’m leaving this blank as I had a wonderful weekend.
