Good overall with the odd little issues

No parking available. Can be tricky to park close . Having to walk a fair bit for a closed secure carpark. Plates and utensils weren't very clean. Mattress upside down with springs facing up so had to turn it.

Great view, that's about it!

Location and view

Both beds very uncomfortable, sunken mattress on main bed. Sofa bed dips in the middle. Broken legs on 2nd sofa bed. 1 toilet roll for 4 guests for a full weekend. 3 glasses that were clearly left by previous guests brought back from a bar. No WiFi. Stains on cushions, sofa and sofa bed, also dirty sofa, all which we cleaned ourselves. Very rude shop keeper when collecting keys. No instructions on which entrance to use on arrival. All concerns mentioned numerous times on previous reviews and still not rectified. Would not stay again!

Not able to sleep so it ruined our stay the damaged mattress is a disgrace

The apartment was dirty the tv didn’t work the WiFi didn’t work but the biggest problem was the mattress was so damaged you couldn’t sleep in it we have photos And after looking at reviews online this has be reported before in previous months and nothing has been done What a disgrace

Watch out with check out key in a different location!

Asked about late check told they don't do that and got an email night before I was leaving to say hand back the key unless you have a later check out which was frustrating as i emailed them, I emailed back to let them know it be around 10.30 to get over to drop the key back check out was 10.00am but have to bring the key to another location which was over a 20 minute walk told hand to have it back before 10.15 which was annoying with small kids!

Lovely and calm

The apartment had a lovely view and it was very comfortable and clean.

The only problems I faced was getting the keys and getting wrong codes and I was left to wait in the street with my luggage

It's OK. Not great not terrible.

The location is close to the city centre. However, you can feel that you are leaving the central part as you are approaching the property. There are shopping centres and large parking lots in the area behind this building. So it kinda sits on the border. The property has a pretty nice view and it was fairly quiet.

The property needs better maintenance and refurbishment - kitchen cupboard doors are not sitting straight, the bathroom doors hardly close, bath needs re-caulking as it has some mould in some areas. Toilet seat makes loud noises when sitting on it. There were only only a single bottle of shower gel/shampoo for 4 people. Towel radiator was not working. The master bed was short (I'm 178 cm and could barely fit) and narrow, the mattress was wayyyy to soft. The carpets need deep cleaning. Key collection was a real pain considering the fact that we live in 21st century. You have to collect it from a corner shop. I don't understand how does this make sense economically, but a key lock box or smart door lock would be so much more convenient.

Lovely stay at a beautiful, clean, quiet apartment - would definitely recommend the hosts.

It was in a beautiful, quiet location within easy walking distance to the Albert Dock and Liverpool City Centre. Wonderful views of the river. Very clean apartment, furnished to a very high standard.

Didn't particularly like having to collect the keys from a shop 15 minute walk away. But this was only a very small inconvenience.

Great apartment, Great View.

The apartment facilities and waterfront view was GREAT!

You have to collect apartment keys from a completely different location across the city centre. You also have to drop the keys off at that separate location after checking out. This is not fun when you're on Foot. This wasn't stated in the booking information until we had already paid. A bit cheeky. Other than that, the apartment was really lovely.

the location was great and quick replies and couldn’t fault the communication between myself and Charlie

It was as if there was a party in there the night before, it hadn’t been cleaned properly, hairs on pillows,inside the bed sheets and on the carpet. The corner of the bathroom had dirt and hairs. The curtains didn’t shut in the living area, stains and mould in the bedsheets, stain on the radiator. It was just terribly unclean. We didn’t stay our second night due to this.

Good location for the waterfront, but not great if you want to walk back at night.

Good location and views, plenty of birds and boats to watch, although it should also be noted that there is building work going on where you look out.

Key collection is too far from the property. Not enough forks. Could have been cleaner, although I am fussy. I personally didn’t like the bed, as I found it too soft, but it is memory foam.

Very central location, close walk to city centre & local attractions, short taxi journey from other places & about 25 mins from the airport. Hosts were very responsive before & during our stay which was great.

Bed was a little soft for my boyfriend & the shower head could be renewed, the pressure was quite high as there wasn't a proper head

both of the beds in the living room were broken and pretty much unable to sleep on resulting in the friends that paid half of the cost annoyed that they couldn’t sleep comfortably for the cost of £130 cutlery in the draws had moldy food on and so did a tray that was in the oven when we opened it several age related marks like a stained pink radiator in the master bedroom

I’m being picky now but the bathroom door didn’t close properly and one of the light bulbs was out in the bathroom (I didn’t realise until I was leaving, I just assumed it was ambient lighting! 😂)
