Villa Ganesha by BaliSuperHost

The property was very clean and having bathrooms on each of the four rooms was very convenient. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed swimming with privacy. Pande, the Superhost contact, was fantastic. Super attentive and would reply right away no matter what time.

I found everything to be perfect except that there is no powder room on the ground floor where the living room, dining room and kitchen is. If you want to spend time talking on the ground floor or if you need to use the bathroom after breakfast, you need to go down to the bedrooms. The house is beautiful, but not senior friendly for my mom who came with us and is 87 yrs old. There are no railings to hold on to going up and down the stairs. I found not having a powder room on the ground floor inconvenient. For aesthetics maybe the reason why there are no railings on the stairs, but ideally, I think the house should have because even younger people can trip. The staff who cooked for us was very nice, but we didn’t find the breakfast interesting. We’re glad that we ordered full breakfast for everyone one the first day only. The rest of the days, I just made sure that there was breakfast for my mom and her caregiver. Roads leading to the property are so narrow and there was a huge hole by the side of the fence. It was scary the first time we passed because the roads were dark and suddenly you realize that there is a huge hole on the road where our van could possibly fall off from.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa that exceeded our expectations!. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The bedrooms were very well positioned. The location was perfect for relaxing and truly enjoying the surroundings. A very special Thank you to our excellent host Pandi, who was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. His team helped to organise breakfast, which was delicious and also when we requested a special floating breakfast it was FANTASTIC! The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily. Transport was easy to arrange. Would highly recommend a stay at this villa, you will not be disappointed.

Управляющий виллы Pande заранее связался с нами по WhatsApp, что было очень удобно. За ночной чек-ин была дополнительная оплата 200k, о чём мы знали заранее. По нашей просьбе он также купил для нас фрукты и продукты для перекуса — это было очень приятно. Вилла в отличном состоянии: очень чисто, ухоженно, много зелени, чувствуется забота о деталях. Отдельно хочется отметить невероятный вид на пальмы и потрясающие закаты — атмосфера просто волшебная. Бассейн с чистой водой, купаться было одно удовольствие. Комаров никаких не было! Территория обрабатывается от насекомых. Район тихий и спокойный. До ближайших кафе с завтраками пешком около 15 минут, но такси, конечно, самый удобный вариант. У виллы есть множество дополнительных услуг: завтраки, массажи, а также помощь с организацией активностей. Pande всегда был на связи, помогал со стиркой и любыми вопросами — по-настоящему золотой человек! Уборка проводилась каждый день в удобное для нас время. Остались самые приятные впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

Если совсем придираться, то из минусов можно отметить небольшой налёт от жёсткой воды на окне в душе. Пару раз видели маленьких ящериц на кухне. Также был только один ключ от самой виллы, при том что каждая спальня закрывается отдельным ключом.

Все сподобалось , вілла дуже чиста , простора , крута , гарний вид навкруги !

Не сподобалось , що пів доби у нас не було світла та води , а в останній день одну із кімнат затопило , прорвало трубу і по стіні стікала вода в кімнату , всі речі які були на підлозі повністю були мокрі , валізи , сумка в якій були документи !!!!
