Had everything you you could need in a small package . Good communication from the owner. Clean and comfortable.
The hearing. It wa erratic and seemed to come on at different times of the day regardless of what we did with the controls and when we were cold we couldn’t turn it on.

Nery nice, very quite and wish we had more time to make full use of the facilities
Was disappointed with the bath room. Very small and very compact. Was very compact and there was a sign to be carefulthat water did not get everywhere as the had poor sealant around the bath and water would seep behind the wall panels . It was difficult to have a shower without water getting everywhere

The location
Ensuite shower wasn't working and not repaired since last autumn.
Single bed was very noisy and uncomfortable.
The Lodge was extremely cold when we arrived in the evening.
Would have expected a warmer welcome.
Kitchen lacked some essentials, e.g a grater, flat baking tray. Salt and pepper mill.
Pictures on the Internet are misleading and should be taken down as they relate to former owners. I.e. no shower products or a welcome pack.
The location is amazing and wouldn't take much to make the Lodge very special.
