Perfect location

Accommodation is really nice, clean and big, we had 2 separate rooms. There are many restaurants, super markets etc. very close to the house and beaches in walking distance. Communication with Aleksander was 100% and we really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

Beautiful experience in a great location

Amazing location, place was tidy and our host made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend the guesthouse to everyone who is looking for a spot close to the beach and various restaurants which makes you forget about public transport or a car.

Nice place for a short stay and great location.

Location was great. It was very close to the beach. Place was clean and neatly organised. The air conditioner was also great. Parking reserved.

The TV channels didn’t work. The toilet was a little difficult to flush. The fridge could have been better as it wasn’t very cold.

Amazing trip to adorable Ksamil

The location is great! Very close to Black Pearl and Ksamil 9 beach and the supermarket Arta. The apartment is comfortable, clean and suitable for 4 people (standard apartment) and for 5 people deLuxe). Kitchenware with the big fridge is inside with plates, frying pen, mugs and kettle.

The airconditioning is a bit loud outside

Very nice accomodation!

The host was super friendly, the apartment is fully equipped (it's lacking only washing machine, but we've got help with that and get our laundry done thanks a lot! The apartment is quiet with nice balcony to sit in the evening, there is a private place to park the car (just in the front of the entrance). We just felt good there and will return back if stay again Ksamil !

Krásné ubytování na perfektním místě

Ubytování je na perfektím místě, v centru města a na většinu pláží je to kousíček. Je perfektně vybavené, kdy v každé místnosti je vlastní klimatizace a TV. Prostorná terasa. Obchod hned za rohem. Vlastní parkování u centru města bylo k nezaplacení.

Kuchyň by zasloužila doplnit vybavení, ale poradili jsme si.
