Perfect choice for a comfortable and quiet stay in Ksamil

Perfectly clean, quite spacious, with totally new bathroom appliances. Located in a green and quiet area of Ksamil, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The host was welcoming and helpful. We can also recommend seafood restaurant just near the entrance to the property.

VERY RECOMMENDED

I stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing! Very fair and reasonable prices compared to other places with even lower services. The location was excellent like 5 minutes walk to Principotes and 5 minutes to the city center. The rooms are brand new, equipped with a huge clean fridge, AC, hot water, Tv, and kitchenette with all its equipment. Parking available free too. I am definitely going to stay there during my next visit.

The room was very welcoming and had everything I expected. As I stayed all by myself in a triple room, I had plenty of space, but the room is well suited for three people. I loved the tiles from the bathroom and the fact that the bathroom mirror had a light switch. The kitchenware is minimal, but it does the job (I didn't have in mind to do a lot of cooking anyway). I also noticed the garden, very beautiful.

A pleasant stay in Klajdi

The visit to the hotel was pleasant and friendly in a family environment. The building is located in a quieter location and about 3 minutes from the beautiful KAMAY beach and town. The room was large with a newly renovated bathroom. Cooking on a double plate was more difficult, but we managed to do it every morning. The rooms were always clean. Suddenly, the water was sometimes cold and we had weaker wifi. The owner always answered my various questions. A bonus of the stay is the "bar" located in front of the villa.

The equipment had less cutlery, no dishsoap and sponges. The air conditioner blew on the bed, so unfortunately we both got cold in the end, even though we always turned it off and were careful.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was fully renovated and the beds were really comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach (Bella Vista) and 3-4 mins walk to the main street. The host was very friendly and helpful! I would stay there again in a heartbeat

A really good choice and a friendly host.

The apartment was clean and cool (we didn't even consider to use aircondition), big fridge and was really close to the beach. There were beach towels in the apartment which is very convenient. There were bakery, greengrocer's, taverns and bank really close. The owner was friendly, helpful and spoke fluent Greek. Vila Klajdi is a nice place to stay and explore the beaches and the Butrint Park.

There were no shampoo or washing up liquid.

Superb

Quiet street, 3 min from beaches ( I actually measure the time) . Veery close to the centre of the village.. Beru quick responses to any of my request. At the end even I leave room, I hade place to take shower and prepare to the trip. They have excellent olive oil.

The room was cleaned on request, instead regularly on every couple days. Also in kitchen area it will be nice to have dishwashing liquid and a sponge, I didn't want to buy one just for a few washings. WiFi had some issues.

Good location, but...

The location is good. The old women is very nice, even if she doesn't speak English.

Difficult to communicate with the staff because they don't speak English. They are kind with the clients but they are yelling a lot (so it is not a quiet place). They left a lot of stuff in the bathroom ( plastic buckets), there was no soap, and a very small amount of toilet paper. :) The tap water is hot as hell, and you cannot use cold water because of the lack of the pressure. In the morning there was no water nor electricity.

Perfect place to see heavenly views

Two weeks before a trip we had to change our reservation - I am so happy that we found Vila Klajdi! I dont't think that we could get any better place than this. First thing, it is really near a beach (and exchange, markets, bus stop. perfect location). Actually, we found a beach first morning when we were walking to a bakery. Of course, views were amazing and Albania is a beautiful place. Other thing is how good was a room - big, with a kitchen and a private bathroom. Each room was clean and we felt really comfortable in it. Host family seems to be really nice and I don't even speak in their language - they are really nice, just like the rest of people living here. It is really good option for everyone. I don't know what to say more - I know that I will miss Ksamil and Vila Klajdi. Best regards!

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo! L'host è una persona molto gentile e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Appena arrivati l'appartamento era pulitissimo ed è veramente bello. L'unica pecca è il Wi-Fi che non funzionava molto bene (almeno a noi) ma non ci siamo lamentati siccome avevamo comunque i dati sul cellulare. Ksamil è il top e se torneremo verremo sicuramente qui Grazie mille di tutto ❤️

Мені сподобалось абсолютно все. Це мабуть вперше в житті , коли я маю тільки позитивні емоції. Віла знаходиться в центрі міста , але в тихому центрі. Близько до міських пляжів, але вночі було тихо, без гучної музики і дискотек. Ми брали з собою SUP і носили його до моря. Дійсно недалеко і зручно. Наш номер просторий і зручний. Прибирали у нас кожний день , також щоденно міняли наші рушники. Це просто супер. Господар віли гарно розмовляє англійською, завжди є на місці, завжди готовий допомогти. Дякую Вам від щирого серця. Я раджу всім цю вілу , приїздіть обов'язково , ні разу не пошкодуєте.

Тут я хочу сказати , що мені біля дзеркала в кімнаті не вистачало комоду або маленькою тумби. Але це я пишу як пораду, бо було б ще краще. Ще раз , дуже круто, дякую Вам за турботу про гостей. Це було дууууже круто💛💙

Parfait et bien situé !

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait à proximité de la plage (5min à peine) et également des principaux restaurants. Il est juste à côté de l’arrêt de bus pour aller à Saranda ou aller visiter le parc national de Butrint. Une belle qualité des chambres et des équipements ainsi que le balcon pour prendre l’apéro le soir. Je recommande assurément.

Die Vila Elite liegt super gut man erreicht das Zentrum in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war super leider konnte ich nur eine Nacht bleiben, ich wäre sehr gerne länger geblieben. Besonders schön fand ich die neuen Bäder und die Sauberkeit allgemein. Ich habe etwas Kleidung vergessen welches mir der Gastgeber umgehend mitteilte so.it hat ich nicht soweit zurück, ein besonderes Dankeschön dafür 🙏🏼
