Great Apartment & Amazing Host

I stayed at this apartment in Ksamil as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the beach and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Cristina was a wonderful host, very kind, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment in the city center

Nice apartment in a very central location. there is a small kitchen to cook if needed. The hostess is very responsive and helpful, with everything. The bed was squeaking and they came to fix it immediately.

The bed is not really comfortable, 5/10. They offer parking but taking your key to move it when needed. The apartment is above a big restaurant and you must pass through it to get in. There is a very loud bar in front that plays music till midnight every day.

Centrally located so we really enjoyed staying here. The room was tidy, we had to walk up one floor, and a solid option if you're looking to stay somewhere that's not very expensive.

We were not used to the shower with no doors, so basically the entire bathroom gets wet. But not a huge deal.

Overall good choice

The location is perfect. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The balcony is a plus, specially with the views of the blue moon. The host is very approachable and helped us to get a transfer. There is a good supermarket in front and restaurant downstairs.

The shower right beside the toilet seat is very tight. A few itens at the kitchen like oil and salt could be available, I personally left full tubs of them and I'm pretty sure most of the tourists do the same, so it could be reused.

Exceed my expectations for the price and comfort it offered

First of all the property location was in the best position as everything you will ever need was within reach. Secondly and most important the property owns a huge parking which in Ksamil is really needed , it saved us money and time. The rooms were comfortable and had all the utilities needed.The staff was really friendly and were there to help you for everything you needed. To return without a doubt!

We had an amazing stay at Vila Spiro and we’d totally recommend it to anyone that is looking to have an enjoyable vacation at Ksamil. First of all, the location is great because it is close to everything: beach, supermarket, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Second of all, you dispose of all amenities that you need in an apartment. Third of all, the owners were of great hospitality. They helped us with all information and suggestions we needed. They were always present which was a substantial advantage. Thank you and we hope to see you again!

That the best place you could buy for this modest money!

It is a great place with huge balcony and all the facilities you’d need to cook, if you prefer it to restaurants around that are not all that great anyway. But the place is really comfortable, the owner, his wife and their charming daughter fluent in English are just amazing!

Well, the electric plate was not great and the street it all too vivid all night long but the air condition works great so after closing the door the insulation from outside world is sufficient.

Location is good, across the road has a market, restorans, stores. The food in the restoran is delicious have a variety of dishes, affordable prices. In middle of the stay, they clean the room and change bedding. It is near most beaches in the area. 👍

Central location, very helpful owner and great staff. It is close to markets, bars, restaurants (which they have it too, including room service). Parking space and 5 min walk to the central beach. Would definitely recommend and surely come back when in Ksamil.

Very nice place with very friendly host family.

We were in Vila Spiro for a week in july and it was a very pleasant stay. We had a big, tidy and fully equipped appartement with a large balcony and city views. We really liked the Albanian family, they are very welcoming and friendly. A big plus is also a great restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. I recommend mussel casserole:-) We really liked it and we will definitely come back again!

Кожен день з 9 вечора до 12 ночі дуже гучно грала музика у барі навпроти. Настільки гучно, що здавалося, що вона грає прямо в номері. До речі, цей бар самий гучний в Ксамілі, ми прогулялися, перевірили. Нестерпно! Звукоізоляції на вікнах ніякої. Про це потрібно попереджати в описі готелю. Також потрібні штори, блокуючі світло. Бо те, як блимає реклама на вулиці видно, навіть з закритими очима. Також WIFI був слабким та періодично відпадав.

Sve pohvale za Kristinu, menadžera objekta. Izuzetno ljubazna i predusretljiva. Objekat je u samom centru, nedaleko od plaže, kreveti su udobni, i imate sasvim pristojan restoran u prizemlju. Čišćenje sobe i zamena peškira je svakog drugog dana.

Kupatilo je prilično rustično, sa povremenim neprijatnim mirisima. Parking postoji u dvorištu ali su kola parkirana u koloni tako da je čest izlazak sa autom prilično komplikovan.

La salle de bain n'était pas très propre. Il manquait un rideau de douche, ce qui inondait le sol après utilisation. Le sol de la salle de bain n'est pas surélevé. Il n'y a pas de séparation pour délimiter les différentes zones, comme la douche ou les toilettes.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 12.08-20.08.25 in der Hotel Villa Spiro. Die Besitzerin war unglaublich nett, herzlich und immer für uns da – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Restaurant direkt im Haus bietet super leckeres Essen, und gegenüber liegt ein Supermarkt, sodass man alles gleich griffbereit hat. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist voller Überraschungen – mit kleinen Geschäften, Bars und Highlights wie dem Pzirraiea und dem Foga Club, die praktisch direkt vor der Tür liegen. Auch die Lage zu den Stränden ist perfekt: die Club-Strände erreicht man in nur 5 Minuten, den öffentlichen Strand in ca. 10 Minuten. Kurz gesagt: Hier kann man nichts falsch machen – absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌞 We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Spiro. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always there for us – we felt at home right away. The restaurant downstairs serves absolutely delicious food, and there is a supermarket just across the street, so everything you need is within easy reach. The street in front of the hotel is full of surprises – with small shops, bars, and great spots like Pzirraiea and the Foga Club right on the doorstep. The location is also perfect for the beaches: the club beaches are only about 5 minutes away, and the public beach around 10 minutes. In short: You really can’t go wrong here – highly recommended, and we would love to come back! 🌞

Struttura ottima per posizione e servizi. La proprietaria Zana sempre disponibile e sorridente. Inoltre parla benissimo la lingua italiana. Pulizia della camera ogni due giorni con cambio lenzuola e biancheria. Ottimo il ristorante presente in struttura così come lo staff. Consigliatissimo.
