Private parking, beautiful rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious and very filling breakfast. Has a good restaurant, we recommend the pizzas.

Best location, everything new and luxury!

The Location was perfect, and also the comfort and cleanliness. The rooms were spacious. The restaurant was great with affordable prices and also the Breakfast was great. A nice place to stay and pass a couple of days.

The parking was a little bit small, but probably because of the season peak. Not something to be noted but being in the center has also the risk of having a lot of noise. There were a lot of mosquitos.

Excellent place to stay in Ksamil, great location at walking distance from everything, very nice and comfortable room (separate building from the main one but just in front). The people are super friendly and nice, especially the young guy at the restaurant, who gave us many recommendations. Very pet friendly which is greatly appreciated! Excellent price-quality ratio, totally recommended!

Only 2 small bad points, the air conditioning in the room was a bit difficult to control (only on/off, couldn't figure how to make it less strong). Since we were still in low season, the breakfast was not buffet but a plate which was everyday the same (eggs, sausage, cheese, bread, etc.), it is complete and big enough, but after a few days with the same it is tiring. Our last day they opened the buffet, which was mostly the same things but with some nice additions.

The breakfast was very tasty, there were many choices. If you will stay at this hotel, you must try the food of restaurant, it is very very good, I would say the best dishes I have ever tasted (I would recoman you the salmon with pistachio cream 😊 and also pasta, more than delicious)

The room was not as good as in photos.

The room is located in a separate building and quite frankly is very poorly equipped. I recommend it for a night, max 2, not for a long stay. The restaurant has very good and cheap options, while breakfast was also great.

The location is in a very busy intersection, so expect noise. Cleaning was not as desired.

When we booked the room on the property the pictures that were showing didn’t look anything like the pictures completely different ! and the bed was very unconfortable and not to even talk about the bathroom , every time we had a shower the bathroom got flooded with water , very non hygienic , instead of letting the guests sleep the cleaning ladies started to make a lot of noise at 8 AM and even tried to enter in our room when we were sleeping or least trying to , because of all the noise it was impossible , the worst part was my airpods disappeared on the hotel , breakfast was horrible a lot of weird options the only good part was the eggs . Please stay away from this hotel this is Definitely not a 4 star hotel I have stayed on hotels with less stars and they were much better than this .

By our very first meeting with staff, we were surprised that they didn't want to hand out the room key until we paid. That wasn't so hospitable. But the bigger problem was that we couldn't pay by card as it was stated at Booking. The next day we saw the owner with card payment machine. For the new-aged building with four floors, an elevator is definitely missing. The parking was very very small and not suitable for such a lot of rooms. I witnessed two cars being scratched (one of them is mine) due to lack of space. Staff didn't care about the car availability to leave the parking and you could get stuck there. The owner doesn't speak English, thus he couldn't answer any question. We didn't enjoy this hotel and Ksamil at all (don't recommend visiting it), so last day we wanted to leave earlier at 6 AM and asked the staff to provide us a lunch pack. They smiled, talked in Albanian between themselves and we had to negotiate about such a small request. In the end, we didn't get our pack, yet they promised. WiFi signal is not stable and has frequent drops. The breakfast was not varied, but it was rich. Sometimes some things seemed to have weird taste. I think they don't have dishmachine, as we saw stains on dishes. Coffee and tea aren't included in the breakfast. The first night we didn't have hairdryer in the room and we had to ask several times to get it. The kettle is shared between rooms in the hall. During night, we were awakened by some people sitting and talking loudly in the hotel restaurant terrace at 2 AM. Beside that, hotel music is very loud and annoying (Albanian folk music), even at the early breakfast and you cannot find any peaceful corner. The hotel is located in front of the very crowded roundabout. We regreted staying at Ksamil at all, due to very crowded and full reserved-in-advance beaches. Town is dirty, stinking almost everywhere.

To be honest, Ksamil is not a very nice town. After visiting northern Albania, Ksamil (and Saranda) were expensive and of lower quality. The hotel was acceptable, though not exactly "nice". Same for breakfast.

Delicious breakfast, the hotel is in the center of Ksamil recommended :)

Everything. The food in the restaurant. Exceptional service. The owner of the hotel is always there making control. The towels and cheets were changed everyday, also the rooms were cleaned every day.

Recomendations: 1. To have 2 glasses in the room. 2. To have bigger recycle bin at the terrace.

The best location, when you get off the bus, you can see this hotel on the right. It only takes a minute to walk. The boss and his wife are very nice, and they help me solve any problems at any time. The boss looks like Tom Hardy. The waiter in the hotel restaurant is also very good, always with a kind smile, and the recommended food is also delicious. Thank you to everyone in this hotel. It's a great experience. I recommend it to everyone.
