Best decision ever

Felt safe, staff very welcoming, any requests were handled with care and quickly, very clean I walked around barefoot and no dirt on my feet Room very spacious Excellent location for Best beaches and great food options all a 2-5 min walk We had very early checkout and staff kindly made us tasty ham sandwiches and crepes so we didn’t go hungry at 6am even though breakfast starts at 8.30 I would go back in a heart beat

Thank you for taking so good care off us during our week in Ksamil. The hotel is close to the beaches - Bora Bora, Poda Ksamil. Wonderful breakfast. The manager and her family were always there looking out for us. They made us feel extra special. Thank you. If we ever go back to Ksamil we will stay here for sure

It was an awesome experience, and I really recommend it!

We spent 5 nights at the hotel, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers many services, such as taxis and tours. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was really nice. Breakfast was great, they were always refilling everything and it had lots of options. The pool was also clean and had plenty of sunbeds around. The hotel is in a great location, just about a 5-minute walk from the first beach.

It was great and worth the money.

The staff and hotel owner are very accommodating. They give us tips. The hotel is very clean and its very easy to make request such as extra pillows, new towels etc. Breakfast options are plentiful. It is walkable to the beach and the main road.

They do not have extra amenities yet such as massage services but this service is available outside near the hotel area.

Modern hotel close to the beach

I found the place to be clean, well maintained and comfortable. Good view towards the sea from my room. The closest beach is about 5 min walk. The location was quiet during my stay. Breakfast was outstanding, very good variety and substantial. Staff was friendly with good command of English. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus.

Some minor things to mention: drainage in the shower area was clogged (maybe not previously reported). The water from the shower easily overflows over the raised threshold and gets into the bathroom. There is a soap dispenser adjacent to the sink but unreachable from the shower. No solid soap provided, only several shampoo tubes (is this supposed to be used as a body wash?) There is a kettle in the room, but no glasses or cups handy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern. The central location meant it was minutes to the beach and to bars/restaurants.

Great hotel near the beach

The hotel room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Excellent location near the beaches. Great buffet breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Very nice pool. They also give you tickets for two free beach chairs at Blue Diamond Beach. A great choice for a stay in Ksamil.

Absolutely fabulous!

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Staff made you feel very welcome, beautiful hotel throughout, spotlessly clean. Room was perfect and beds super comfy. Pool area really lovely with cushioned sun loungers. Breakfast was really good and literally had everything you could want for. Perfect location and just a 5 minute walk to beach clubs and restaurants. Great little restaurant right next door to the hotel, where you could order pizzas and eat them by the pool. Can't wait to stay again. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in abroad.

Everything was perfect from start to finish!

An unforgettable stay in a stunning, brand-new hotel. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff was exceptionally kind, polite, and always available to help. The underground parking was so convenient, the pool area was calm and elegant with top-quality sunbeds, and the private beach was absolutely dreamy. The location couldn’t be better - close to everything yet peaceful. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I’ll come back without a doubt on my next trip!

The ambience of the property was excellent. All the staff was exceptionally supportive and helpful. This is really the best hotel I have ever been in my life as of now. Food was very yummy and fresh. The rooms were soo good, spacious and it had everything that I would need when I’m on vacation. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen. Whenever I’ll visit ksamil again, this is the property which I’ll be staying in without any doubt. The place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The location is very good as well, you’ve everything near to you, you’ve got beaches just 5 mins walk, you’ve got clubs and beachside bars as well just 3-5 mins walk. The swimming pool was very good, the water was very clean. The hotel staff made sure that we have the best time in here, which we really had and a big thanks goes specially to them.

Fantastic Hotel and great location

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were great and so helpful. They also upgraded our room which was really nice. The hotel is spotless clean, the breakfast is amazing, rooms were spacious and had everything needed. The location is also amazing as you can walk to all the bars, restaurants and beach within a few minutes. If you have a hire car like we did they also have an underground car park which was great. Thank you for your hospitality 😀

Nous avons été facturé deux fois du montant de notre réservation et n’avons jamais été remboursé de la somme trop-perçu par l’hôtel malgré plusieurs relances par mail. Faites attention !

Hotel met slechte nasmaak

De kamer was redelijk groot, en had een balkon. Het ontbijt was te doen

De gastvrouw had een heel verkeerd bedrag afgeschreven van onze rekening, 700 euro ipv 70 euro. Na een hoop heen en weer appen werd ons verzekerd dat het goed zou komen. Er werd toen weer 70 euro afgeboekt en toen weer een gelukkig groter bedrag erbij. Het is nu anderhalve maand later en het is nog steeds niet geregeld, ze houden ons gewoon aan het lijntje. Deze situatie is ronduit onacceptabel. Zoiets hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. Verder vonden we de badkamer van de kamer niet zo schoon, echt hele smerige voegen. Het uitzicht was ook niet mooi vanaf het balkon Naast het hotel staat een moskee, die regelmatig oproept tot gebed. En het is in de omgeving erg druk en lawaaierig

Wunderschöne Tage in Ksamil

Eine ganz fantastische Gastgeber-Familie, die sehr herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar war. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber mit super bequemen Betten. Wir hatten auch eine fantastische Aussicht von unserem Balkon auf das Meer. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass es nachts sehr ruhig war und man wunderbar schlafen konnte, man jedoch innerhalb von 5 Minuten im "Zentrum" mit Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkten war.

In den Zimmern und Bädern sind einige Dinge defekt bzw. müssen erneuert werden, z.b. Lampen am Bett, die Abdeckung der Duscharmatur fehlte - man schaute in die Wand, es fehlte ein Ablagebrett- es schauten nur die Nägel aus der Wand. Dies sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die beseitigt werden müssten, um dieses tolle Hotel instand zu halten. Unseren Aufenthalt hat es nicht getrübt.

Quizás el mejor hotel de nuestras vacaciones en Albania. Hotel moderno con piscina y parking, ofrece hamacas gratis en la playa Diamond Beach. Si vas de parte del hotel, el parking de la playa también es gratis, nosotros fuimos paseando. Habitación grande y moderna. Desayuno muy muy bueno. Personal amable.

Schönes Hotel, Zimmereinrichtung teilweise renovierungsbedürftig

Gutes Frühstück, geräumige Zimmer, schöner Pool

Möbel und Ausstattung in den Zimmern teilweise stark abgenutzt bzw. kaputt. Zum Hotel gehöriger Strand am anderen Ende des Ortes und anfang Oktober bereits geschlossen, nicht mal mehr Liegen am Strand, obwohl 25 °C Lufttemperatur und das Wasser hatte noch 23 °C.

Nos cobraron de mas

Buen hotel , las habitaciones amplias, la cama grande y muy comoda. El hotel esta bien situado y ofrece parking, piscina..el desayuno muy bueno y el personal amabilisimo.

Lo que no nos gusto nada fue que a la hora de pagar se nos incremento sobre el precio estipulado con booking, 17 euros mas, en concepto de comision por el uso de la tarjeta Revolut, 3 euros nos cargo revolut y el resto es la tasa que tiene que pagar el hotel al banco por ofrecer este servicio al cliente que tambien nos lo cargo a nosotros. Durante nuestra estancia en Albania estuvimos en 4 hoteles mas en diferentes lugares y en ninguno se produjo este incremento. A pesar de que el hotel nos gusto debido a este hecho no volveriamos a este hotel.
