Hotel IONI-AN Ksamil

A szálláshely rendkívül tiszta és készségesek voltak.

Una estancia excelente. El hotel está muy limpio, es amplio y moderno, con una piscina estupenda. El desayuno es muy completo y de gran calidad. También destacaría la excelente gestión del aparcamiento y su playa privada, donde ofrecen hamacas por 1.500 lek, un precio reducido respecto a los 2.000 lek habituales de la zona. Pero, sobre todo, nos quedamos con la amabilidad y el trato cercano del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Una experiencia fantástica y un hotel totalmente recomendable.

La piscina , la cama.

La habitación ya que tenía muchísimas deficiencias ( luz en el baño fundida, el grifo que suple al bidé estaba roto , la ducha estaba embozada, el tapón de la pila no cerraba, el secador de mano con el cable suelto, no había reposición de gel y champú, televisión no funcionaba, mesa de terraza insostenible, puertas de armarios desencajadas) en definitiva un mantenimiento pésimo.

The best part of our stay was the friendly lady at reception, who was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also very convenient, with several beaches and restaurants within easy walking distance

Unfortunately, the hotel’s cleanliness standards were disappointing. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and we repeatedly found ants in the bathroom throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often did not work well. Breakfast was very average and did not stand out in any way. Although breakfast was included in our booking, we were surprised to be told that cappuccino came at an additional charge. Perhaps this is common practice locally, but it felt unusual and was not clearly communicated.
