I was there with my wife and 2 daughters .The family room is very big and comfortable . The room is very clean , we enjoyed very much and will return again . The position of the vila is very near the center you can reach all the shops for 2min and the beach for 7min walking . I reccomend this vila for everyone . Thank you .

Great stay
We are satisfied with our stay. The accommodation is as in the pictures, close to the center and the beach. And what is very important in Ksamil we had a place to park the car. The host was very hospitable and tried to explain everything we asked, he speaks excellent English.

if you want a terrible vacation, this is where you'll find it
The room is clean. The location is good
The owners live in the same building, if you want privacy and silence, you won't get it here. Every morning they fight and shout. The attitude towards the guests is aggressive. When we checked into the room, we were not told the rules, for example, where to take out the garbage, or that the water drain in the bathroom does not work well, or that you cannot be in the courtyard of the villa. And then they constantly shouted at us for being in the yard, or for running water or for littering. You are constantly watched by the owner, he controls your every move. When you are on the balcony or in the yard, he constantly comes out and looks at what you are doing. The description of the hotel says that there is a garden and grounds, but you cannot use them. When you want to be in the garden, the host kicks you out very aggressively, grabs your hands, tells you to go to your room. You must stay in your room at all times, you cannot use the common area of the villa. When we arrived they said that cleaning is done every four days. We wanted to ask where to take out the garbage after 3 days, the owner started shouting that they are not our servants and that we should take out the garbage ourselves but did not tell us where to take it out. The owners create such an atmosphere that you don't feel like you're on vacation, but at someone's house. One day, the hostess simply walked into my room and into the shower where I was washing and was naked. This is unacceptable !!! Ants live in the room, all your food and clothes will be in ants. The water drain in the shower works poorly, water is constantly pouring into the room. The hosts hardly speak English. I have never encountered such an aggressive and unfriendly attitude towards guests on any trip. In general, I do not understand why these people built a hotel if they are not able to respect their customers. I would not recommend this accommodation even if it was free. It's a terrible atmosphere to relax in.

Exceptional
Villa-Leo is one of the best appartments you can find in Ksamil. It is very clean and comfortable, rooms with great views on sea and mountains. Villa is located near center but in a quiet place so you won't hear noice from road. Owners are kind, open-hearded and helpful, feels like they really value their guests, making living conditions just the best!

Perfetto!!!
È stato tutto perfetto, la camera molto spaziosa ed in stile moderno, il bagno altrettanto grande, ed inoltre la camera disponeva di due balconi vivibili molto belli, di cui da uno si intravedeva il mare. La posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalla movida notturna. Leandro e suo fratello sono stati eccezionali, sempre gentili e disponibili, di fatti al nostro arrivo il fratello di Leandro ci ha anche portato la valigia in camera. Vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui per avere una vacanza perfetta a ksamil

Estadia excecional
Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Fomos em família com crianças pequenas e o alojamento tem a localização perfeita. Não fica no meio da confusão, podendo caminhar 5 minutos e estar no centro e 10 da praia. O Leandro e a sua família foram muito prestáveis ajudando com todas as nossas questões. O pequeno almoço excecional e a valores simpáticos. Voltaria!

Fijn en netjes
Heel vriendelijk personeel. Fijn verblijf gehad.
Super dichtbij de stad en het strand, alles is te lopen. Ziet er zeer netjes uit.
Alleen de airconditioning kon niet op een zachtere stand, waardoor je in de tocht lag. Het bed kan beter niet onder de airco worden geplaatst.

Her şeyi mükemmeldi. Oda tertemizdi, havlular çarşaflar çok güzel kokuyodu. Musluklar parlıyordu resmen. Konum zaten çok iyi merkeze aşırı yakın.
Sahipleri inanılmaz yardımseverler. Çamaşır makinesini kullanabilir miyiz diye sorduk, çamaşırlarımızı kendiler yıkayıp kurutup teslim ettiler ve ekstra ücret de almadılar (havaalanında bavulumuz kayboldu ve 6 aylık bir bebekle seyahat ediyoruz, siz düşünün ne kadar büyük bir iyilik bizim için :) ) bir daha gelsem asla buradan başka yerde kalmam, çok memnun kaldım.

Елинственное, чего немного не хватало- это полочек или места для размещения личных принадлежностей. В остальном все было замечательно.

Όλα υπέροχα
Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!!! Το σπίτι είναι μέσα στο κέντρο και μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια! Έχει πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέξω και δεν χρειάζεται να μετακινείς καθόλου το αμάξι. Η καθαριότητα άψογη!!! Καθημερινή επίσκεψη για αλλαγή στα σκουπίδια του μπάνιου και την δεύτερη μέρα αλλαγή σεντονιών παρόλο που μείναμε μόνο 3 βράδια. Υπήρχε πάντα ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο και καθαρές πετσέτες. Οι ιδιοκτήτες μένουν ακριβώς από κάτω και ήταν στη διάθεση μας ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!!!
