Albanian hospitality at its finest

The hosts Arjan and Anja were the perfect mixture of friendliness and professionalism. It felt like visiting old friends. From the moment we stepped in till we left they took extra care for us and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The room was clean and very spacious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Bonus point :they make extra delicious pizza which can be delivered to your room Can’t wait to get back

Great choice!

We stayed as two sisters and from the first moment, Ari and Aniesa made us feel at home. Ari is one of the funniest person we've ever met. When I had a stomach ache, Aniesa even made me herbal tea herself, which really helped. They are truly the kindest and most welcoming hosts we've ever met! The hotel is very close to the beach (4-5 mins walk), restaurants, and the bus stop to Saranda and Butrint (2 mins walk). Everything was amazing—cleanliness, service, location. We're so glad we stayed here and highly recommend it!

Ari and his family run the place, they are very friendly and helpful, just like family. They can help you with all the information you need. The hotel is located on the main road, Google map take you to the back road, so be careful with that. It is just few minutes walking distance from Poda beach bar. Nice parking place and also you can quick wash your car if needed. They made the traditional Albanian breakfast Petulla for us. I would definitely recommend this place if you want get away from commercial hotels and foods.

Lovely little bar/ restaurant, room and the hosts made the whole visit worth it!

The hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with welcome drinks and made us feel at ‘home’ throughout. Room had everything we needed for our stay.

Thanks to the kindness of the host our stay was very pleasant. The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The location is good and Arsenal restaurant is also a great place to take a meal in. Ari(host) is very helpful and friendly. He also speaks English fluently, which isn't common in Albania. We didn't find any disadvantages of that place. We will come there with pleasure.

it was a wonderful hospitality with a very good staff that made your vacation very good, they were very wonderful to the customers, they had a special care in every aspect. If I ever come back to Ksamil in future, I will definitely try to book accommodation over there again.

It was one of the best places where we stayed. Room was clear, quite, little breakfast very tasty. Host was just amazing, helpful and polite guy. He gave us few advices, how to spend time in Ksamil, what is worthy to see, how to get to Sarandä in best way. Really thankful for people like him.

Excellent value

Hotel was central to best beaches of Ksamil, it was fitted with new, modern and comfortable furnishings. It came with adequate size kitchen and a balcony. Beds had crisp white liens and towels, Wifi and air conditioner were excellent for us coming from Canada. The owners were always present and took very good care of guests. They offered us complimentary cold drinks when we arrived in the 3pm July heat. The hotel had a bar and restaurant where you could order pizzas if you wished.

Cant really think of anything I did not like, the hotel does not have an elevator, if you’re coming with large luggages be prepared for stairs.

A nice hotel for staying in Ksamil. The key element of this place is the host of the hotel who welcomes you once you reach it and says goodbye once you depart. This great man is ready to help you any time no matter what issue you encountered (got ill, your car got broken, etc.). He helps you understand what activities are available and how you can better spend your time in Ksamil. Regarding the hotel itself, rooms are really large so you can freely dance. The standard set of appliances for your comfortable staying. There is a pizzeria at the first floor so you can get a pizza and taste it on the room's balcony in the evening.

Hotel stays at a quite traffic-busy street so you can hear sounds of horns at traffic peak times. But this is solved if you close the balcony door.

Ari and his wife will welcome you in a familiar and honest way you have never seen before. They are maybe the best hosts I've ever had. The room was big, clean and also perfectly prepared.

Very hospitable stay at wonderful people!

From the moment we arrived, we were met with incredible hospitality! The hotel owners were constantly offering help and extra services, helped us park our rental car safely just next to the hotel, helped us when we had health issues, even changed the breakfast schedule due to our early departure. It was superb! They also support Ukraine, which is super important! 🇺🇦 The rooms were comfortable, with a TV, AC, comfortable beds, a big fridge and a balcony. We enjoyed having breakfast every day, and the location is very central - very close to the nearest beach, big supermarkets and diverse food places. Plus, there is very affordable and tasty pizza at their place, as well as diverse drinks. If we decide to come to beautiful Ksamil again, we will definitely stay at the Arsenal Hotel again - Ari and Anja are amazing people!

The neighbouring restaurant is really smelly when grilling meat, so it's not always possible to air the room. But it's just an external factor.

I don't know where to start because I have an amazing experience. Every word is little compared to what I experienced. First, the owners of Hotel Arsenal are wonderful, kind and honest people. Every morning they will greet you with their smile and they will be at your disposal at any time. Second, the rooms are the same as the pictures, new and very clean. They have everything a hotel should have. Whenever you want you can tell the owner to clean or change towels. Third, the location is in a very good place. 5-6 minutes to the beach on foot and the same to the center. I have no words for the pizza in their restaurant. Very tasty, made according to an Italian recipe. The prices are acceptable for everyone, nothing is expensive and they are on a budget. I recommend Hotel Arsenal from the bottom of my heart

Daha gelir gelmez ne kadar yorgun olduğumuzu görüp içecek ikram ettiler. Yer aile işletmesi olup kendinizi gerçek bir aile sıcaklığında hissediyorsunuz. Otel ise çok temiz ve konforlu. Konum olarak Ksamil’in tam kalbinde, plajlara, restoranlara, tüm bar ve cafelere yürüme mesafesinde. Gün içerisinde her yere yürüdük. Otel’in giriş kısmında aynı isimli sevimli bir barları da var. Pizzaları çok lezzetli. Ksamil’e bir daha gidersem kesinlikle Otel Arsenal’de kalacağım.

Wir waren eine Woche da. Unseren Kindern hat es so gut gefallen das sie noch länger bleiben wollten.

Der Empfang der Gastgeber war einmalig. Sie sind sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich... Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein für Familien mit Kindern. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe; Shop, Bäckerei, Restaurants und auch der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit weg... Das leckere Essen und die tollen Leute vermissen wir jetzt schon. Besten Dank für alles

Für uns gab es nichts auszusetzen. Wir gehen nächstes Jahr wieder dahin.

Aranit es la persona más maravillosa De Albania junto a su mujer, encantadores, honestos, serviciales. Nos recomendó otro restaurante y cenamos de 10. Nos invito a mil cafés, nos dio refrescos al llegar, simplemente INCREIBLE.

Die Gastgeber haben uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bereitet

Super sympathische Gastgeber. Wir wurden noch nie so freundlich empfangen. Wir haben ein Willkommensgetränk und ausführliche Erklärungen und Infos erhalten und einmal sogar Wasserflaschen für den Strand mitbekommen. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war spitze und die Preise sind in Albanien noch sehr niedrig. Zur Lage: ringsherum kleine Supermärkte, ein sehr guter Bäcker nebenan,viele naheliegende Restaurants und 5 Minuten zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und für 5 Euro pro Person absolut ok. Einziges Manko (was aber nicht negativ gemeint ist): die Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da keine geschlossene Kabine und damit das komplette Bad nass ist und es fehlte ein Ofen und Wasserkocher. Unsere Pizzen, die wir am Abend zuvor nicht geschafft haben, wurden aber gerne und umgehend von den Gastgebern im Pizzaofen der Pizzeria aufgewärmt.

FELICITARI PROPRIETARILOR! Ne vom revedea cu siguranta!

Micul dejun tip bufet a fost exceptional(mai multe feluri de oua, branza, mezeluri, produse de patiserie, suc natural, lapte, cereale, mai multe feluri de legume si fructe etc). Locatia a fost peste asteptari. Hotelul dispune de o pizzerie unde am mancat cea mai delicioasa pizza. Am incercat aproape toate felurile de pizza aflate in meniu si toate au fost crocante si niciodata nu au fost arse, ceea ce nu am mai intalnit pana acum. In imediata apropiere a hotelului sunt magazine, patiserie, restaurante, statie de autobuz pentru cei care nu calatoresc cu masina personala. Plajele sunt la cateva minute de mers pe jos de la hotel. Proprietarii sunt discreti si amabili, astfel ca in scurt timp ajugi sa te simti ca parte din familia lor. RECOMAND Pizzeria ARSENAL si celor care nu sunt cazati la hotel. Vor avea parte de o surpriza placuta. De asemenea prin buna pozitionare a locatiei, atat studentii, cat si familiile cu buget de vacanta mai redus, pot sa beneficieze de o vacanta fabuloasa.
