A comfortable stay

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room had all the required facilities. Breakfast was extensive and tasty.

It was a shame the balcony looked out onto a building site.

The rooms would benefit from a safe. Also, not that it affected us but the hotel doesn't have a lift so it could be a no-go if you have mobility issues or are disabled

Breakfast was not very hot, even when you went at 8am hot food needs to be in a heated serving plate so it stays hot cold eggs not good. Other than that breakfast was good value for money. And I’m sure they will take this on board

We had a really nice days at the hotel!!!

We loved the pool, the room was lovely decorated for us, the staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was well-balanced.

We had a room with an exit to the pool. However, people were sitting on our table and chairs outside our room… which are suposed to be just for us (same as the ones people have on the balconies).

Family stay

Spacious, clean room. Excellent air-conditioning. Good location, in a quieter area but close to all restaurants and beaches. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We would happily return.

A few things would make the room a little more comfortable... 4 people, only 1 small hanging rail for clothes, we had to leave our clothes mostly in the suitcase....a set of drawers or shelves would have helped. A space to dry towels/swimwear on the balcony would have been helpful..eg a fold away clothes rack or retractable line.

The hotel is exceptional. Lovely modern rooms with vey comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were fantastic and the pool was great. The cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. Every area was cleaned to a high standard. A short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants.

It’s a tricky one and I don’t want to be unfair, it’s a lovely place however it’s misleading classing themselves as a 4-star hotel as it’s not a hotel. I’d score it 10 out of 10 as a fantastic premium/boutique Bed and Breakfast with a pool. There are several conveniences you would expect in a hotel that are inexistent here, and it’s ok if the expectations are clear.

A Wonderful Stay with Amazing Staff

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My baby has many allergies, and I was pleasantly surprised when they prepared a special meal just for them at breakfast. The breakfast itself was delicious with a wide variety of options. Highly recommend!

The hotel is brand new, the design is nice, very close to the beach, very decent breakfast, staff was friendly, comfy beds and we just loved it very much! It was a great value for money.

There is no separation from the lobby to the rooms on the ground floor and because our room Was the first we could hear the reception noises. The room would be Great for 2 pax but we were three so it became a bit small. No toaster available fot breakfast

Modern, clean & comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Modern good size room. Sofa bed was very comfortable (unlike in most hotels). Lovely, powerful shower. Pool looked very welcoming but it was only a short stay so didn’t use it.

There wasn’t a full-length mirror. Breakfast was a little limited: hot items (eggs/sausages) not kept hot and cold items (yoghurts) not kept cool. But this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

Would recommend to other couples

Looks exactly like pictures and is very clean and nice. Quiet and private pool where we could stay almost all day by ourselves. Staff was nice and professional, and very helpful with questions and taxi arrangement in the middle of the night for our checkout. Location is great, as it is not in the middle of the town, but still very central and close to the beach

Bed was a little stiff to sleep on, and breakfast wasn’t the best - but fine in comparison to the food quality in general in the country.

I liked everything about it. The staff was so nice..the room was clean...the location was perfect so close to the beach. I give it 5 stars. I recommend it.

The only thing that i didnt like not just there but in every villa in ksamil that in the last day we had to leave the room very early at 8 am. I think that they should let the guests stay longer to be able to get a shower after coming from beach at the last day.

The accommodation has an excellent location, it's within walking distance to markets, restaurants. The centre is only 5 minutes on foot as well as Paradise Beach and Black Pearl. The hosts are very respectful and welcoming people. I highly recommend this place.

When I arrived the family was very welcoming although they don't speak English. The room was with balcony and it was clean and nice. The location is perfect, only 5 min walk to one of the beaches in Ksamil. I really loved this place.
