Las chicas que regentan el hotel son muy amables. La limpieza es excepcional y las habitaciones súper cómodas, amplias, muy completas y bonitas. Lo recomiendo 100%

The reception was very friendly and we even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is modern, quiet, and parking is available directly in front. Ksamil centre is about a 10-minute walk downhill. The pool is located on the shaded side of the hotel, although a few more umbrellas around the loungers would be nice. We also found the low-positioned air conditioning uncomfortable as it blew directly towards the bed. The main disappointment was the rather limited breakfast. We also felt a little uncomfortable being asked to give a “10” in our review. Overall, a nice new hotel with friendly staff and good potential, but a few things could still be improved.

Beautiful pool area we spent a whole day just relaxing there and it was just us for most of the day! A short walk into town (10-15 mins). It was very new and clean. It was perfect staying slightly away from main town area because it was quiet at night. Next door is an unfinished construction but there was no building noise when we were there which was good! Friendly staff who chatted about their own travels to UK.

Everything was great! A wider range of drinks in the bar would be amazing, but not a complaint, just a suggestion!

This hotel is quite unique, and not necessarily in a good way. It is located very far from everything, high up on a hill, so getting there without a car is quite difficult. It feels like the property originally belonged to an investor who poured a lot of money into building a beautiful new hotel and then simply handed it over to a local family to manage. Out of the four people working at the hotel, two did not speak any English at all. The hotel does not offer laundry or ironing services. Also, don't expect a pool bar — there isn't one. The breakfasts are extremely basic and rather disappointing. As for housekeeping, when we checked in, there was a candy wrapper from someone's child lying under the refrigerator. It was still there when we checked out seven days later. On one occasion, we returned to our room and found that all the panoramic windows had been wiped with a dirty cloth, leaving visible smears everywhere. That said, I have no complaints about the room itself. The mattress was excellent, the bed was huge, the shower was great, the balcony was wonderful, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room is really big size
