Great value!

Such a great place for a good price. I was really impressed with the complimentary breakfast every morning. You get a plated selection of eggs, fruit, cheese, pastries ++ Then they also have some things like cereal and sweet treats to choose from buffet style. Lovely owners/staff and great communication. I was able to check in early, which I very much appreciated. 5 minutes walk to my favorite beach areas. Great Wifi. And finally, a comfortable bed.

The bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

1000% recommended! On top of the staff being incredibly friendly, the room was perfect, very comfortable, clean, and it had an elevator, which made access easy and quick. The breakfast was delicious, and every day there was something different. Super tasty and filling! 1000/10

Great family-owned villa - I definitely recommend it!

A new villa that was furnished in a very contemporary style and had some nice touches and details that I found impressive. The villa is close to the center but a little outside so it's quieter. It's also close to several beaches that are a bit overcrowded or loud but there is enough choice in walking distance. The apartment was great, it had everything we needed for a couple of days. The place is family-owned, and you could see the whole family being involved - they were all very hospitable, friendly and made our stay great. We also had very good breakfast. Last but not least - the villa is not big but it has an elevator which we found very helpful with our 200 bags :) We loved it, and if we go to Ksamil again, we would for sure book again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

One tiny thing - there were mosquito nets everywhere but the bathroom so in the evening mosquitos wouldstill find their way inside. Other than that all was great.

Very good choice of apartment to stay in Ksamil

The apartment is big, perfectly clean and the location is just fine (walking distance from the beach, yet away from crazy jammed and noisy Ksamil main streets). The young lady who greeted us (I think the name was Sea) speaks perfect English, and is very joyful and kind as a person. The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable and there are also two balconies on the opposite sides of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and once again - everything is brand new and in top-notch condition.

Really pleasant experience with this stay, nothing particular that we didn't like.

To much money

The facilities were upgraded.

I travelled in Ksamil for 2 nights with my family. We were 6 people and we booked this hotel. In the room which we stayed was definitely a room for 4 people not more. There were 4 beds and 4 chairs outside, 4 of my family members slept upstairs in the beds and 2 members had to sleep in the small living room on a sofa, but the problem was that the air conditioner was upstairs and downstairs in the living room was extremely hot. 6 people for 1 bathroom and toilet together.

Fantastisch verblijf met een top locatie bij een hartelijk gezin!

Super lieve en behulpzame mensen. Heerlijk ontbijt iedere ochtend. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Top locatie: strand, restaurants en het centrum kortbij op loopafstand, maar ver weg genoeg om geen overlast te hebben van de drukte. Iedere tweede dag wordt er schoongemaakt, de bedden verschoond en krijgt iedereen schone handdoeken. Kortom: voor een heerlijke vakantie in Ksamil is dit zeker een aanrader! Tip voor wanneer je naar het strand wilt gaan: Wij zijn altijd naar "Ksamil Beach 7" gegaan voor het strand. Hier is meer 'public' ruimte waar je zelf je handdoek kunt leggen zonder voor een bedje en een parasol te hoeven betalen. Andere stranden hebben daar veel minder of zelfs geen ruimte voor. Daarnaast is het een relatief schoon zandstrand met blauw helder water waarbij je ook naar de eilanden kunt zwemmen. Het is een kleine 20 minuten lopen, maar voor ons was dit zeker de moeite waard. Een andere optie is "Paradise Beach". Dit strand vonden wij echter wat minder omdat de muziek hard gespeeld werd en het strand minder mooi was. Wel maar op een kleine 10 minuten lopen en ook een groot deel 'public'. Tip voor het betalen in Albanië: Zorg ervoor dat je voldoende cash Euro meeneemt. Dit kun je het beste in één keer laten omzetten naar Leke bij een betrouwbaar wisselkantoor. Zo voorkom je dat je steeds transactiekosten en wisselkosten betaalt aan bijvoorbeeld de ATM én aan je eigen bank.

Toler Urlaub in Ksamil

Die Gastgeber sind unheimlich nett und super freundlich. Zu den Highlights gehört auf jeden Fall das Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und Gebäck sowie frischem Obst und Gemüse. Einfach top. Tolle Strände, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind.

10 per la colazione e la disponibilità.

Nuovo e bell’appartamento. Buona colazione,la signora che la prepara è stata gentilissima, quando ha saputo che per colazione mangiamo solo cose dolci , il giorno dopo ci ha fatto trovare molte più cose dolci , preparate da lei e buonissime . Appena arrivato abbiamo seguito le indicazioni su Booking che sono sbagliate perché ti portano un tutt’altra zona. L’ host è stata gentilissima è venuta a prenderci lei personalmente in auto e ci ha accompagnato alla struttura esatta . Posizione comoda e tranquilla . Bella doccia 😊

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l’ aria condizionata se si apriva il balcone si spegneva anche se solo per un secondo , la zona della notte era fresca , il piano inferiore ci voleva molto tempo per rinfrescarsi. Le indicazioni di Booking per raggiungere la struttura sono errate !

Pulizia e gentilezza del personale al primo posto! Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi tutte le attrazioni di ksamil! Siamo stati 4 giorni con una bambina di 2 anni e non ci è mai mancato niente, disponibile anche un lettino da campeggio per la bambina! Una super colazione! Fantastico

Struttura consigliata e personale super gentile

Struttura moderna situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Ksamil e dalle principali spiagge del luogo. A conduzione familiare, il personale si è mostrato molto cordiale e disponibile: gli ultimi due giorni, complici una sfortunata pioggia e la partenza, ci hanno permesso di fare colazione in struttura nonostante non avessimo prenotato con questo servizio (pagando ovviamente e giustamente la differenza). Nota di merito peraltro la colazione stessa, con molti prodotti fatti a mano da una dei gestori. Le stanze, inoltre, dispongono di una cucina piccola, ma essenziale. Molto pulita, dispone anche di un servizio di lavanderia a pagamento, che può tornare utile in caso di soggiorni prolungati. Dotata di due parcheggi piuttosto capienti. Molto consigliata se si vuole una sistemazione che sia tranquilla eppure a due passi dalle attività principali della cittadina.

La struttura è bella e ben tenuta . Pulita e con tutti i comfort. La posizione è perfetta . Siamo andati io mia moglie e le mie due bambine di 9 e 1 anno . I proprietari sono gentilissimi e super disponibili . La colazione è ottima , la signora ogni mattina prepara delle delizie sia dolci che salate . Il bagno è molto bello e nuovo , la cucina è ben assortita

Un séjour parfait ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de tout. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et chaleureux, on se sent vraiment bien reçu. Les chambres sont impeccables, très confortables et parfaitement équipées. Le petit-déjeuner est équilibré, varié et délicieux. Je recommande cet établissement à 100 %, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Es un lugar muy cómodo, nada ruidoso y bien situado en Ksamil. Se puede ir andando a todas partes y olvidarte del coche, que se queda perfectamente aparcado en el edificio. Está limpio y el apartamento es amplio. La familia que regenta el lugar es muy muy amable.

Aunque tiene cocina, no te recibe con ninguna facilidad para cocinar (no hay café, agua, aceite, sal…).

Great apartment for family and friends

Un apartment linistit, spațios, bine împărțit, 3 dormitoare si 2 bai, cu un living și o terasa generoase și lift, numai bun pentru familie sau grup de prieteni. Aer condiționat în fiecare încăpere și foarte curat și întreținut pe perioada celor 5 zile de cazare. Proprietarii, o familie prietenoasa si de ajutor pentru fiecare recomandare solicitată, care ne-au făcut sa ne simțim foarte bine în Ksamil. Mulțumim pentru primire!

Chiar dacă exista plase de țânțari la toate geamurile, mulți intra pe ușă sau prin plasa dormitorului mic. Noroc ca sunt doar gălăgioși :) În baia principala ar fi utila o perdea și un prag la cabina de duș.

Wir würden wieder buchen

Modernes Appartement in Ksamil mit super Lage. Man erreicht sowohl Strand als auch Restaurants schnell zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Wir hatten eine kleine küchenzeile mit ausreichender Ausstattung und einen Balkon. Sea und ihre Familie haben uns nett empfangen. Die Eltern wohnen mit im Gebäude und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Parkplätzen sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Alles war gut.
