Great location, not super central yet not to far away, but then ‘more real’ as the area has a nice vibe of lived in rather than Tourist.
Invasive communication with the management company = loads of checks and emails about how after the checks you will be given electronic keys to access building.
After all the hoops the electronic keys did not work and the numbers given to contact are not accessible immediately by international phone.
Eventually got access by another resident to the building but on getting to the apartment the override code was not provided, so more calls to eventually get.
No wifi available.
On contacting management company later they could not be really interested and just wanted photos of the problems.
Felt like they just wanted the $

It's close to the city center.
The apartment is much older than it looks in the pictures. Kitchen equipment is pretty worn out by use. Cleaning is just ok, it can be improved. The data of the credit card I used to pay the tax and the deposit were stolen from their system and I had to block the card!
