This was honestly the WORST place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Absolutely nothing!

The apartment smelled terrible — like mold and humidity — and it was extremely dirty. There was dust, stains, and grime everywhere. The bed felt unclean and uncomfortable, and I honestly felt itchy just lying down. The kitchen was poorly equipped, dirty, and basically unusable. When I complained, they “upgraded” me to another apartment for free… which was even worse. Same smell, same dirt, same terrible conditions. Calling that an upgrade is honestly a joke. To make things worse, the location is more than an hour away from the city, so you’re stuck far from everything with no convenience at all. I would never stay here again, even if it was free or the last place on earth. If you want to get sick or itchy, this is the place. I took photos and will be sharing them. Avoid at all costs.

The bed was somewhat comfortable.

No hot water, weird energy coming from the staff, dirty towels with BROWN stains, very cold, no heater and awkward narrow stairs to the bathroom.

The host has a message that says that the apartment is equipped with everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay but our stay was neither of those. The sink was clotted, the drain was dropping water through the whole kitchen, no material to clean the mess, neither a towel for hands in the kitchen, there was a bucket but no mop, no cleaning products, no extra trash bags, and the lock doesn’t lock. The balcony is in very shape as it is deteriorating, the table, toilet and panel of the bathtub are wobbly, and there were dirty dishes put away. Not to mention some basic things such as the pillows not being comfortable. When we went to talk to the manager he stated yelling at us.

We did like almost nothing. Just the behavior of the staff of the next hotel who delivered the key, it was ok. Otherwise NOTHING was acceptable. Even the staff was not wearing a mask, and he coughed many times in front of my son. The day after we got sick..

The building was so old and not clean. The facilities were very poor. We could not turn on the stove to warm up food for my son. Even I indicated that we are 5 persons while booking, the room had just a twin bed and outside was a sofa bed which we (3persons) bothered a lot sleeping on. The whole night we got bachache and we were not able to sleep.. the small apartment was not clean and bad smell came out. That was a very bad experience with Booking.com. The property never was values for 162 Euros. Another important this was the price, I had modified my reserved date and the price 146 (without parking) on 13th January was initially 102 not 146 Euros. The property even did not worth 80! Even we suffered! The parking place was very norrow and the neighborhood was not clean!

Good

Check-in in hotel nearby so you don't have to worry about meeting with owner. Communication is perfect, all questions answered momentarily. 30 minutes from the Milano Centrale - you have to walk and then take a bus. Kitchen has all the utensils you may need - even the bottle opener. There also was salt. The bed is quite comfortable. Shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

The flat is quite old and the floor is quite dirty, we tried to walk barefoot but had to wear socks. There is no air-conditioning, just fans. But the main problem - there are ants in the kitchen. You can't leave literally anything on the table, ants will get there in minutes. We kept all the food in the fridge, even the bread.

The location was good, the staff were very nice and understanding, the appartements had a very nice view.

I can say it could be cleaner, otherwise it was good.
