Great location, not clean or great facilities. Horrible smell of smoke throughout.

Great location. Felt like an authentic Italian flat.

Whole place smelt like smoke. Shower when cold for 2 days. Issues with electronic entry, which was such a pain to use. Pick up of electronic key ages from actual accomodation. Floor sticky. Quite dirty. No kettle or toaster. No curtain over bedroom window, not very private or dark for sleeping. Tiny shower with blocked drain which flooded bathroom.

nice and comfortable accommodation. very close to the main train station which allows for quick and comfortable planning of activities both in the city and for touring other parts of Italy and Switzerland. peaceful and very safe environment provided with a good digital access system to the palace as well as the accommodation. small problem with the toilet which was professionally and very quickly resolved by the staff. accommodation is for every recommendation the price-quality ratio.

The problem with the toilet reappeared, but we didn't want the repairmen to keep coming and possibly waste our time constantly reporting a problem that they weren't able to solve on the spot. Everything else, as well as the communication with the staff, was commendable.

Poor experience for first holiday

Very poor customer service and support and staff were rude and not helpful. We paid extra for late arrival and we ended up staying in another hotel as the host didn’t accept our arrival midnight spent extra money for another accommodation and hotel cancelled our booking. Not reliable service

Painful , upsetting , stressful and totally dissatisfied . NEVER BOOK THIS APPARTMENT , NOT SAFE

Nothing, I wish there is a zero rating!

Few minutes after arrival we had power cut. Spend the whole night in the dark. We were promised it will be sorted first thing the morning. No one called in, I had to chase the case. They send a layman not an electrician and couldn’t sort it. I reported the problem to booking.com , our mobiles ran out of charge. It was nightmare! The agent managing the property offered us a lager and more CENTRAL accommodation , which turned to be a lie. The offered accommodation was 45 min outside Milan. I declined the offer and asked for full refund and moved out of the property . I had to book last minute hotel at high price to rescue what’s left of our short holiday. For the way Marian was positively engaging to sort out the electricity issue , I was expecting the full refund to be straightforward. It’s now 6 week and they are reluctant to refund me despite putting myself and my family at risk as mostly likely the cause of the electricity problem was a faulty appliance. I am still persuading the full refund and will involve the relevant authorities in Italy and UK if I don’t receive the full refund in due time.

Logement bien situé mais très mal aménagé.

L'emplacement près du métro et de la ligne de bus.

Ne pas avoir été prévenus qu'il fallait payer la taxe de séjour en liquide, somme importante en plus. Le système de récupération des clés alors qu'il s'agissait d'une clé virtuelle. L'équipement de la cuisine sans casserole, sans micro ondes et sans cafetière. L'odeur suspecte de gaz. L'état de l'électricité et fuite des toilettes ( sans lunettes).

Appartamento vecchio che non rispecchia le foto, bagno e doccia molto stretti, perdita di gas, cattivi odori condominiali, secondo piano senza ascensore, mancanza di adattatore per asciugacapelli.

Очень плохо… 1 Фото (какую кровать мы увидели,когда заехали) ; 2-4 Фото (скрины переписок)

Когда мы приехали было очень грязно, плюс ко всему на кровати постельное было просто разбросано и кровать была совершенно не застелена… Пообещали вернуть компенсацию за одну ночь и выслать клининг на следующее утро, но клининга мы так и не дождались, на мои сообщения они отвечали «we will fix everything”, а когда я спросила как мы будем решать этот вопрос и когда они смогут вернуть компенсацию - в ответ получила просто игнор всех сообщений (хотя они их читали). Так же мы хотели заехать после 11 часов вечера (за что доплатили 50€) и нам дали ссылку на электронный «ключ» и инструкцию для входа, НО то, что адрес апартаментов не такой как указан в букинге никто не предупредил… В букинге указан адрес основного офиса, а апартаменты находятся совершенно в другом месте…. Когда мы выезжали, я так же попыталась узнать информацию о правильном порядке выселения, поскольку нам ничего не объяснили… Но в ответ опять же игнорирование всех сообщений, поэтому мы просто закрыли двери и выехали… И это я еще молчу про несоответствие квартиры на фото в букинге и в реальности…. Вообщем, как результат - деньги нам никто не вернул, сервис ужасный, полное игнорирование и незаинтересованость в жителях и в обеспечении нормальных жизненных условий… Как для жилья с такой ценой - максимально недопустимо и неприемлемо…
