It is great for a short trip!

The location is very convenient - it's just across a metro station, there are a couple of cafes and shops nearby. The rooms were really well heated. We felt very secure. The host waited for us to give us the keys although we arrived several hours after the check-in time.

The bed in the bedroom had loose boards under the mattress so we had to manually fix them a couple of times. My husband nearly fell while turning in bed while sleeping, and we had to fix the boards in the middle of the night.

Location

I cannot recommend this property to others. The air circulation was so poor that we were sweating at night. When we reached out to the property owners, they told us our standards were too high! And, did not try to mitigate the situation by providing a fan or fixing the air. When we stayed at a property in Florence with the same issue, they were VERY responsive and came the next morning to resolve the issue.

Good, but we won’t return here

The owner was very lovely and gave us many suggestions of good restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately the neighbours were very loud at night with indian music or just using the windows shutters excessively at night, also the traffic noise is very disturbing. Would have been helpful to have a washing machine. The city tax was 37euros for 3 nights/2 adults although it is max 5euro per night in Milan for 4 stars hotels. Location is very good with quick connections to city centre and 5 min walking distance from Milan centrale station.

Awful place, would never recommend.

Nothing was good in this awful place

Firstly, The rooms are not insulated nor have dark curtains to block the light and we're just of no use.The entire noise from outside kept coming in, never stopped. We just couldn't sleep. The landlord never replied to our messages.We were 4 and he had just 1 toilet roll, He sends a reply after we have left the next morning.Wifi NEVER worked. .Water was undrinkable. The property also seemed to be in a shady area and would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I would absolutely want a 100% refund for all the misery and headache and mental torture.

One of the double beds is actually a sofa that stretches .. Extremely uncomfortable .. Our host twisted his arms with an additional amount that was outside the agreement with Booking which is extremely incorrect, as we had kept the apartments in 2020, but because of Kovid 19 we failed to travel .. Our host reconfirmed the reservation for 2021, but asked for extra money .. Which is extremely incorrect ..

Excellent stay, Sana is the best!

We were greeted by Sana, one of the hosts who was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us a tour of the apartment and was available for whatever we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and all of the space you need for four people. All facilities are available such as towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a metro station a minute away from the building and Milano Centrale is 7-8 minutes away which makes you very connected to every part of the city and outside of the city. All in all, the perfect place to stay when in Milan.

Very noisy place, without A/C. very hot in the summer

We were 2 families rented 2 apartments, one was by the main road ( very noisy ), the second was on the side road ( extremely noisy as they have a bar next door ) The apartments had no A/C they have some air unit but definitely not an A/C and absolutely noisy so that you cannot open the windows in a hot summer 36 degrees night. While changing the bedding the third day, the sofa was broken, I had to put the matrice on the floor for my 2 kids to sleep. BY NOW I PAID TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR AND ALMOST ON THE STREET. To top things off, when telling the host the next day that the sofa was broken, he said he knew and did not fix it untill I asked him to do so, that was very untrusty of him.

Άνετη και ζεστή διαμονή, ήσυχη πολυκατοικία, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη ενόχληση από την κίνηση του δρόμου.

Άνετο, καθαρό διαμέρισμα για τετραμελή οικογένεια, δίπλα σε μετρό και σταθμό τρένων, με αποτέλεσμα όλες οι μετακινήσεις να είναι πολύ εύκολες και εντός και εκτός του Μιλάνου. Ικανοποιητική θέρμανση και συνεχώς ζεστό νερό. Αλλαγή σεντονιών, πετσετών και καθάρισμα του διαμερίσματος μετά τη 2η διανυκτέρευση. Κοντά σε μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο και φαρμακείο, απαραίτητα για διακοπές με παιδιά! Επίσης πολύ κοντά υπάρχει μια εκπληκτική τρατορία.

Καλό θα ήταν να αντικατασταθούν κάποια σερβίτσια που είναι ραγισμένα-σπασμένα. Και να οργανωθούν λίγο καλύτερα τα μαχαιροπήρουνα. Κατά τα άλλα η κουζίνα είναι πολύ καλά οργανωμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Porta finestra della cucina dove dormivano le mie figlie nn si chiudeva bene ed entrava l aria fredda. Il letto matrimoniale cigolante e pendeva da un lato. Gli asciugamani in bagno avevano un cattivo odore. Abbiamo avuto un problema serio domenica sera, ho contattato il proprietario e nn si è degnato minimamente di rispondere. L esperienza più brutta in tantissimi anni di viaggi in Italia e all' estero

El trato con la persona que nos atendió, fue estupendo.

Buscaba un alojamiento adaptado para persona con movilidad reducida, lo especifiqué al hacer la reserva. Según la descripción, cumplía con los requisitos, pero muy lejos de la realidad.

Posizione top centrale, peccato per la finestra che rimaneva aperta e la scomodità del letto

La casa moooolto carina! Moderna e con una posizione top! A pochissimi metri dalla metro Sondrio! Per arrivare allo stadio di Assago è stato comodissimo! Soprattutto perché si può anche evitare il cambio metro, in quanto la fermata Centrale è a meno di 10 min a piedi

Ahimè la finestra del salone (quella attaccata al divano letto) era rotta e impossibile da chiudere qui di entravano tutti gli spifferi e i rumori della pioggia e delle auto; senza contare il pericolo che qualcuno potesse entrare in casa in nostra assenza. Cuscini scomodissimi e divano letto altrettanto! E per il prezzo pagato, per quanto competitivo essendo milano, mi sarei aspettata per lo meno di riuscire a dormire. Avremmo gradito ci fosse il necessario per cucinare un paio di giorni tipo olio e caffè, ma nulla. Questo è il minimo ovviamente.

La posizione centrale in prossimità della stazione, delle metro e di alcuni ristoranti validi. La casa è molto semplice negli arredi ma fa il suo dovere. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è tutto sommato buono.

Apartamento correcto pero justo en todo

Su ubicación es muy buena, junto a la parada de metro de Sondrio, por lo que llegar al centro es muy sencillo en la línea 3 de Metro. Además, está a dos pasos de la estación central de Milán. El apartamento es pequeño, pero adecuado. Está limpio.

Es bastante justo en todo. Tiene 4 vasos, 4 platos, 4 cubiertos, sólo un rollo de papel higiénico (na vaya a ser que necesites más y "malgastes"). Hasta la bolsa de basura es raquítica (tienes que separar, pero sólo hay una bolsa: ¿eso cómo se hace?). El grifo del fregadero baila y se puede salir el agua al suelo, como también se sale el agua de la ducha porque la mampara no cierra bien y choca contra el lavabo. Lo primero que te dicen es que no tires nada por el inodoro porque si se atasca, tendrás que pagar 170 euros. El aire acondicionado del salón es bastante flojo (el del dormitorio funciona bien, eso sí). La comunicación con el dueño sólo se puede hacer vía Booking y tarda en responder muchísimo, lo que te genera inseguridad ya sea para acceder el primer día o necesidades que tener durante la estancia. Por último, además del coste del apartamento has de pagar una tasa municipal por encima del precio anunciado. La relación calidad-precio no es muy buena.
