I would choose other place to stay

It’s quite ok place if you are looking place to stay next to Milano central station but for short time only

1) Appartment was very hot, no conditioner was allowed to use, even after shutting down heating we needed to open windows ; 2) noisy - because of noise from street, as well apartment doors isn’t sound proof- so you could every neighbour coming back home and closing house doors , chatting, etc. and fridge standing next to your bed also “singing” lullaby for you… 3) also “very nice” communication about check- in - in the night before (11 pm) arriving I got message with question about check-in time, after 30 min - other msg that if I didn’t answer so no warranty that we can check in tomorrow. After replying about our situation and approximately time (15-16) , I got msg in next morning that let’s meet after 18 (?!) , in that point I started to be nervous why I didn’t choose hotel with reception, because non of these “rules” were written before. 4) broken kettle- the lid doesn’t close, so you need to hold if you want make a tea ( and no tea or coffee is provided)

The location is great, easy to access to any transport.

The location was great, just 5mins from the Milano Central station. It's a big room. Easy to catch a train, tram and buses. Lots of nice restaurants around.

The toilet wasn't clean, the smell around the toilet (I guess never clean the floor and around the toilet bowl). The clean towels were smelled. The Kettle lid didn't close, broken. There were black hairs on the floor. It's really noisy when someone is going out or coming back, the front door's action noise woke us up. Most of the photos are of the other apartments where the owner has a few of them. There was no kitchen and dining table.

A Cosy and Comfortable Stay

It was a cosy apartment. It was just nice for a family of 4. Near to the Milan central station. Walking distance. The bed was comfortable. The price was very affordable. Clean.

The toilet rug was dirty. The shower was very good but the drainage was slow. No storage of luggages. I had to store our luggage at a nearby storage. It was a hassle and expensive too.

We weren't happy with the communication from the property owner; it was very inconsiderate and inflexible. We understand that we need to inform them of our arrival time, but I was experiencing internet issues and couldn't access my messages while travelling from Barcelona. I know the check-in time was at 2pm. There were messages about reporting us if we didn't show up. Additionally, the property was very dirty. Underneath the sofa bed, we found an underwear, and the rubbish bin in the toilet hadn't been emptied; it contained a sanitary napkin with blood, which made the bathroom smell really bad. Good thing, it was just a transit for us as we are only staying for the night. Also, very uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Great location, average experience.

The location was definitely convenient, just a short walk from Milan Central Station. The room was decent, clean and had the basics, but nothing particularly special. Overall, a fair place to stay if you're looking for easy access to transport.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the towels were old and musty. We asked to check in an hour early, but they didn’t accommodate the request, which was a bit disappointing.

Near to every thing like food, tourists bus, bus station.

Master bed room had a little uncomfortable bed. Washroom was little smelly. No soap, shampoo provided.

Pleasant and comfortable

Ours was a quick one day stop at Milan for our transit next day. But after a tiring day of travel, the apartment is really a relaxing one. Close to Milan centrale and faced no issues while staying there.

The shower worked fine except for the shower curtain that keeps moving towards you while bathing otherwise we had no complaints!

Amazing apartment, very clean, aircon, friendly and helpful staff.

Check in took a while and we were waiting for around half an hour. However this is understandable as key box doesn’t seem suitable.

Great Location but Missing Basic Amenities

I stayed at this apartment mainly for its excellent location, just behind Hilton Milano Centrale — it’s just a short walk from Milano Centrale Train station and the airport bus stand, which made travel super convenient. One big plus was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which was really helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the apartment itself was clean and decent. Also, the apartment is on the ground floor right beside a busy road. This made it difficult to open the windows for fresh air, as it felt unsafe and noisy. However, I was disappointed with the lack of some basic amenities. There was no electric kettle, no tea or coffee provided, and not even a complimentary bottle of water, which would have been appreciated after a long journey. The kitchen was missing essentials like tissue paper, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom either. Overall, it’s a good option if you prioritize location and don’t mind bringing your own basics — but I expected a bit more in terms of hospitality.

Location was excellent. Host excelled in providing luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

Excellent location. Quiet. Ground floor, just a few steps to get in.

Guests should be aware that even if you tell the host exactly when you are arriving, you will still need to call and wait for them to come let you in. This is the only place I’ve stayed on this trip with a kettle but no tea, coffee, sugar, etc; soap is the only amenity provided.

The room should have been much more quiet. We could hear people from the building coming in and going out from the entrance, and street noise was also easy to hear. Also, the room, besides being clean, was not in a good condition. A light was not working, the fridge was loud etc

Pleasant stay

The room was very modern and new. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and generously sized! The host was super nice! We felt very safe and there were multiple locks to ensure security which we appreciated.

We did have to wait for a bit to get our keys however it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for us as we weren't in a rush. The host was very apologetic and nice and made sure we had a pleasant stay as well as providing us with various recommendations and how to get there :)

Nice stay near Milano Centrale

The place was nice and silent, even though it is close to the Milano centrale big table and many chairs for eating, big kitchen, comfortable beds, nice shower with heating, a lot of towels. The heating could be regulated in the house. We were welcomed by a very nice host and all needed information was given immediately.

There was no fairy or something to wash the dishes, there was not possible to diminish the heating in the bathroom. The apartment is in the first floor and there are trash bins right outside the window so you better not open the window. The floor was not very clean. It could be a bit cheaper, too.

Location is perfect. Very accessible to all public transportation. Building felt secured so we felt really safe considering we were all ladies. Kitchen was clean and equipped. Sofa bed is so comfy and staff was accommodating and propmt to answer our queries. It was by far the best place weve booked.

Highly recommended, great location

Very convenient location. The girl who greeted us was very helpful and pleasant. Gave us some great recommendations (the milano centrale merkato- a few minutes away, absolutely heaven). The room was quite spacious and comfortable.

The only downside is we got an apartment basically on the ground floor (don't know where others are located), and the windows had no bars, which meant we basically couldn't leave the window open at night to get some fresh air in (or open the window with the blinds fully closed. With that said, being so close to the street, there wasn't much noise from the street

Location! Very close to milano central station. Near supermarket also (Aldi). The lady we met (Sono) was very nice and explain us quite a lot regarding places to visit in Milan.

The apartment is nice and clean, and has everything you need for a short stay. Very close to the Milan Central Station, to underground stations and other public transport stops. There is supermarket, pizzerias and coffee places minutes away.

It is situated on the ground floor so it is a sometimes a little noisy.
