My sister and I stayed in one of the apartments for two nights, and while the room itself was generally fine, our experience with the management was extremely disappointing. One of the first things we noticed when we entered the apartment was that the bathroom door immediately collided with the back door—an inconvenient flaw in the layout. At check-in, they made copies of both our passports and required a physical credit card to charge €xxx deposit in case we used the dishwasher or caused any damage. We were given our keys, including a metal fob used to access the apartment complex. After we checked out, we received a message confirming that everything was in order and that the €xxx deposit would be returned. A few days later—after we had already returned home to Denmark—I suddenly received another message claiming that the metal fob from our keyring was missing. This was simply not true. Following that message, multiple charges were withdrawn from my bank account, amounting to around x,xxx DKK (€xxx). The company name matched the one listed on the Milan Apartment Rentals website. Since then, they have not responded to any of my messages, leaving the situation unresolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I travelled a lot of countries for a long time now. Experienced a lot of excellent and not so good accomodations around. America, europe, asia, mideast. But i havent encountered hotel rules and customer relation as bad as this one. The room is ok. But as i’ve said i’ve stayed to worst rooms before but the customer service made up for it. Look for other hotels. There are people who are really not meant for hospitality business. And there are those who aren’t.

Apartment was lovely. Sleeper beds were very comfy, but it was very noisy outside and upstairs so we didnt get the best nights sleep. Not the fault of the Apartment owners though, just something to note

Location is great. Having to pay extra for A/C sucks! Having to pay extra for laundry was bad. Does heat cost extra too? Having to take out the trash was an inconvenience. Dishes were dirty and ones I didn’t use still are.

We booked this hotel twice during the same trip. While the actual rooms were good, the information on the website was misleading regarding the location of Milan Apartment rooms. We booked rooms expecting them to be near Milan Central, but they were scattered across the city - some were across the street from Milan Central, while others were about 15 minutes away by car. This caused issues for our family because we were charged extra per night to make changes and we had to split the family. The administrators argued that the street name was mentioned, but for someone who's never been to Milan, it's hard to know rooms could be so far apart. As for the property itself, the elevator is very small, and the office is only open for a couple of hours.

Our apartment was fine but not in rhe best condition. The location was perfect for Milan centrale, leaving bags was brilliant and the apartment was well located near everything we needed. Shame that aircon which was listed as part of the package was chargeable at 1 euro per hour. Not ideal in this hot weather when you think you have this included. Friendly and helpful staff and a good value stay.

I would strongly advise against booking this place. This place is an absolute scam. The apartment building is unsafe, unhygienic, and feels unhealthy to even step into. The bathroom was filthy, smelled awful, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The reality is nothing like the listing photos — they are completely misleading. I couldn’t even stay here for more than 15 minutes because the conditions were so disgusting. Despite leaving immediately, they still took my parking fee and city tax, and refused to refund my booking cost. I contacted Expedia multiple times with evidence and complaints, but they still denied a refund. This is nothing but a rip-off designed to trap travelers. Avoid this place at all costs — don’t make the same mistake I did.

This has to be the worst place we stayed in our whole month trip the only good thing was that its close to the train station but there are many other great hotels close by. We slept with the windows open in mid july because there was no ac and still got charged for the ac and when I message the person and asked for proof he never send it and didnt accept that we didnt use the ac (we didnt even requested the controllers sobthere is no way we could have used it) The beds are rock hard and super uncomfortable. the bathrooms were not good either.

Easy to find, across from the station. Peaceful room, clean and comfortable. Check in closes at 8pm, so make sure you can check in if you have a late flight. Would recommend and use again

Property not that great as reviews suggested. Its close to Milan central from convenience standpoint. But the room conditions were bad. Sheet smelled. The flush broke a couple of times. Had to call the guy to come and fix. Hidden charge - they said will charge additional for a/c hourly basis. No proper ventilation for air circulation, not even a fan. Don’t have much choice but to pay the extra cost. Wifi service was horrible. Can’t use it in the room. Lastly they also ask you to pick up your trash and drop downstairs before you leave. Don’t really understand why we pay this much to do all this. Will not recommend this place for anyone to go.

They only work 3pm to 8pm They don’t answer phones. I had no AC and slept with windows open as was so hot the first night. I either got bitten by bugs as a result of having the window open to sleep through necessity or from sleeping on the bed. Asked for an AC control, no answer and I didn’t want to stay around so I booked another hotel and left the place as you know such people if they can’t give you a remote control how will they give u a refund. As someone who spends at least half the year travelling in hotels / apartments for work this is my worst European experience in years. Apartment smelt , notably the bathroom as well and they have a toilet cramped against the wall which is more children size. Do not recommend at all unless you need a place to store your luggage as was a poor experience overall.

This place was very meh. Still think it’s overpriced. Dingy a bit and a little far from everything. One benefit is that it’s close to central station. I requested the AC controller since it was in the mid 80’s when I visited and the manager refused. If they just cleaned the floors and all the dirt and were more responsive to their guests this place would be way better.

Shower handle had nothing to attach to. Shower sliding door track was broken and dangerous. Fridge didn't work. So, our food spoiled. Mattress was rock hard and slumped down in the middle. We travel a lot and are not very picky. But, this was the worst place we've stayed at in a long time. The only positives are that it's very close to the central train station and had a washing machine in the apartment.

Overall we loved having two apartments side by side, but it was very dirty. I even asked for a mop to clean it. It was modern but dirty. Even the windows were broken. The area was great, but upsetting to find the apartment to not reflect the pictures. When I ran my fingers through the countertops, I can feel the thickness of the dust in the bathrooms and the living rooms. Very dirty.

The apartment is 10 minutes from central station. Strict with the check in, should be 3pm as no one is in the office beforehand. Lift is too small going to your room but it’s still okay. Room looks old but clean spacious. Bed linens looks old, faded color but clean. Supplies of towels are not enough for 3 people for 5 days use. There’s no spare blankets. There’s cooking facilities, cuttleries. Toilet sink is corroded that at first I cannot even use the water for toothbrush but I just get used to it. We had to buy extra toilet papers as the supplies are not enough. Good supply of water from the shower room. Overall stay-good.

The check in instructions could have been a little more clear. There is a button to push like it’s its own apartment and the writing is small so easily over looked. Otherwise friendly and easy check in. Everything we needed.

The cleaning could be certainly improved. It requires little more care of the place and price could be even increased slightly but please get a serious cleaning company to do the job. Location is perfect, super comfortable to move around. Place is well furnished and it has all you need for a weekend there

lady who attended us was great too. But a major factor for me is the AC. Italy is very hot and during our staying it didn’t work. I went to the front desk for assistance but nobody was there. Otherwise, it would’ve been great.
