Great place to stay to explore Milan!

Very clean property, we stayed for two nights, the host was extremely helpful and available to contact throughout our stay. The location was brilliant, a few minutes walk to the metro station and with plenty of restaurants that you could walk to.

May be a bit noisy at times as the street is right in front of the door to the property but being close to everything was a plus.

Wonderful apartment

Perfectly sized apartment for the two of us with a well-kitted-out kitchen. We loved that the window in the bedroom had a fly screen, especially with the craze of mosquitos. It was only a 10 minute walk to the closest metro station, and 30 minutes to the duomo. We loved walking past all the shops. It’s very close to a touristy street too, if that’s what you’re looking for, but is just far enough away where you can avoid it if you want.

Such a late check-in was a little annoying as we got into Milan at 2pm, but the owners were very willing to allow us to check-in early, I just notified them too late, so completely my fault. We had some issues with the internet. The wifi worked fine, but for the first two days we had no internet. Again, the owners were quick to fix this.

Wouldn't recommend

Nice building, ok location

Overall the apartment was dirty, dirty flies on the ceiling, sofa-bed had white stains on it. They didn't provide bed sheets - when asked the property manager didn't speak English or pretend not to. The bedding was dirty and yellow. They made a mistake and tried to make us pay city tax twice because of some confusion between the managers. Got sent the wrong code for entrance in the begining. We chose not to spend the night there and booked a new place. Location is pretty hip however far from the metro.

Comfortable and relaxing experience within a clean, updated environment

Oscar, the hotel manager was very flexible and provided excellent service in assisting us with our stay in Milan. We ran through some challenges arriving in Milan and he made sure to provide us the best experience coming over. Would definitely recommend coming here and staying at their hotels again!

Don’t stay there - not a happy stay!

Great position

Poorly equipped - absolutely nothing there except a fridge that didn’t work, which was fixed day after arrival, a bed, shower and toilet. No jug, cups, glasses or anything. Worst equipped accommodation in three months of travel.

It was pleasant and comfortable.

The room was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for everything. It was clean and cheerful.

We would have liked to have met the host as we had a medical emergency as well as other questions. A clock would have helped as would a kettle.

Only the location was pretty good

We didnt get enough towel, sheet and pillow covers for all guests. Also, the place wasnt clean enough. There were lots of leftovers from previous stay. I wouldnt stay here again and would not recommend it

Good flat! With beautiful surroundings

The property was a decent size with a large bed and nice bathroom overall pretty good and location is amazing next to the beautiful Navigli canal.

The air-con would blow out white flakes like paint and didn’t cool the room down much, the sofa had no back cushions so was rather hard to sit comfortably.

A two-person stay in a fantastic area of the city.

A wonderful loft. It's spacious and comfortable for two people. The bathroom was clean and sufficient, and the provided amenities were adequate. The house had everything we needed. The bed linens were clean and nice. The decoration of the house was also charming. Our favorite thing was the location of the house. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the Navigli area, which we think is one of the most enjoyable places in Milan. From the metro station that you can reach by walking through Navigli, you can get anywhere. So, in terms of transportation, it's really in a fantastic location. It's both comfortable and quiet, yet very close to everything.

The house has a frosted glass door at the entrance. There’s a massive floor-to-ceiling window covering two floors, but it’s covered with blackout curtains. The only part of the house that can be opened is the entrance door, so you don’t have the option to open a window for fresh air. You have to keep the door open for ventilation, which can make the space feel a bit stuffy. In the summer, you might need to keep the air conditioning on constantly.

It was a nice experience The communication per WhatsApp was very good and professional. The Metro station is about 5 min. Walking. Location is very practical Navigli is a nice Area with so many Bars and restaurants

Maybe it will be very good to have a kettle or small and budget coffee machine. No mirror inside the apartment ( only in the bathroom)

Does not meet basic requiements for a place to stay

The apartment does not meet basic requiements for a place to stay: there are no clean bedsheets, no clean towels (everyhing is used). The apartment is covered with somebody's hair. In the bathroom, there is a full trashcan with used pads and dirty underware. And we've tried to message the host about it but received no response. We have photos to confirm everyhing above. This is totally unacceptable. On top of that, we had trouble checking in as contrary to "immediate confirmation" stated by booking.com on front page of this stay, we could not get our keys for a long time. As there were no self-checkin instructions utill we've filled a long page with all of our personal details and had to wait untill host responds to us. There was only one duvet without covers and the bed sheets were used by previous guest. We had to turn inside-out the pillow covers and flip the sheet The entrance door does not lock from inside and it makes it really uncomfortable to sleep. Coffe machine listed on the amentities is also missing

Η τοποθεσία και η ζεστασιά του καταλύματος. Είναι κοντά σε μαγαζιά με νυχτερινή ζωή. Δίπλα σε μετρό για γρήγορη και εύκολη μετακίνηση. Έχει ησυχία το βράδυ .

Δεν λειτουργούσε το ίντερνετ και δεν μπορούσα να επικοινωνήσω με τον οικοδεσπότη. Του έστειλα και mail και μήνυμα στο what’s up για το που θα αφήσουμε τα κλειδιά αλλά δεν πήρα απάντηση.

Super accogliente, ti fa sentire subito parte del luogo. Calore accogliente in senso lato. Il profumo della pulizia. Il sorriso dell'appartamento che ti fa sentire a casa. Un'oasi di pace e comfort, ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa nostra fin dal primo momento. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità.

Un pensiero di benvenuto sarebbe stato gradito. In fondo una bustina di patatine e una di arachidi con due bitter costano pochi euro ma fanno una differenza enorme. Un indicatore di luoghi da visitare (e ve ne sono tanti a due passi), dove fare colazione, pranzo con le specialità milanesi ect., è mancato. Il mio personale consiglio è quello di curare questi aspetti.

La ubicación perfecta, cerca de un restaurante muy rico y en pleno barrio de Navigli. Mucho ambiente

No tenía mando para regular la temperatura. Lo comenté con el dueño, pero me dijo que la calefacción era centralizada. Pasamos mucho frío, ya que no notamos ninguna calefacción. Además, tampoco estaba muy limpio. Debajo de la cama había mucha suciedad y las sábanas estaban manchadas.

Estancia sin más

Ubicación y llegada autónoma. Metro a 8 minutos andando.

Literalmente es un sitio solo para llegar a dormir (de hecho creo que es un local que han convertido en una estancia) hacía mucho calor intentamos poner el aire acondicionado pero no lo logramos (tampoco escribimos al anfitrión) además la posición del inodoro es muy incómodo, las camas tampoco son las más cómodas y los sonidos no están aislados. No podemos decir que ha sido una estancia fatal pero definitivamente no volveríamos.
