I thought it was great, the apartment has a lovely great big balcony with a view, it was warm and spacious, perfect anf

It was a great location, very basic but very easy and exactly what we needed.

My father in law would of liked maybe fresh towels and a quick clean, for example the rubbish taken out. But it felt more like a Airbnb and not so much a hotel for those small details

Overall good, but a bit worn

The place was spacious for a family of 4. There were shops and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Getting to the center of Milaan was easy either by Metro or car. Other reviews mentioned there was no AC, but our apartment had an AC in the living room and both bedrooms.

I already knew upfront so it wasn't a surprise but the facilities were very basic and a bit worn

Didn’t stay & didn’t get a refund.

We arrived at the property and the taxi driver gave us a warning saying that it wasn’t an overly safe neighbourhood to be staying in. The location was also extremely far out of the city (which we knew) but the advertisement stated that it was close to the train station which was not the case, it was a 20 - 30 minute walk. We still decided to check in, pay the city tax and have a look at our accomodation. When we entered the property it appeared very different to the photos - mould covered walls, mould in the fridge, damaged furniture/appliances & extremely dark. The room also had no windows as displayed on the advertisement, so there was no airflow to the room which made it horribly hot and unbearable to be inside. With all of this, we decided to leave the accomodation and pay for something else. We messaged booking.com requesting a refund and we heard nothing back. The false advertising & the safety of the property were not okay and if you are considering staying here, don’t.

Lovely spacey apartment, easy accessible

Big spacey apartment, clean, perfect for couples or family’s. Not central but metro close by and easy to use.

Surprising Milano

The communication with the reception was very good. The flat is big, with plenty of room. Easy acces to city center via bus plus metro. Small shops for groceries around.

The shower cabin is quite small and the bathroom seems to be big enough for an upgrade.

Decent value for money

Well, the entrance is quite modern and flashy, brand new and so on. But that's kinda it. The apartment was quite roomy, with a big kitchen with a big fridge, the bathroom was big enough, and clean. It's probably quite good to cook something there and have a dinner at home without having to go out to a restaurant.

My room (the small one) didn't have a light switch on the inside or an abat jour. So basically I had to use my cell phone torch to go to bed at night. The vending machine was on the outside so basically bottles of water were sold quite warm, which is the hot italian summer is a big no. Also, in the bathroom there was nothing to hand a towel on. No bathroom key seems a bit weird, even if I'm staying with friends it's not like I want to jump into someone taking a shit or something.

Good.

The property is basic and good in that respect. It has everything you need and is suffice for most people. I would say that my daughter wanted a mirror and maybe a few more bits and bobs would have helped - as long as you don't want to many mod-cons you will be happy at this place, for me it was perfect - for an 18 year old it was too basic but manageable.

The first night that we arrived there was ppl outside on the streets that looked like working ladys and men doing drugs..it smeld like weed...the location is not so good.

The location is good as well as the access, also the balcony was interesting. There was enoigh space for 4-5 persons in the apartment
