Our family really enjoyed Milan, and staying in the apartment was very comfortable!

The apartment is in a multi-unit building. The building is tidy, and the entrance is very clean. To get into the building, you need to have your phone with you—the electronic key also unlocks the apartment itself. At first it felt unusual, but later it turned out to be very convenient for my family: no keys in our pockets, you open all the doors with your phone. The only thing is that your phone must always be charged, or you should carry a power bank, because you cannot enter the apartment without it. You can park your car for free along the street right next to the building. We were lucky and parked directly under the windows—you can see the car from the balcony. The apartment has a large comfortable bed and a big pull-out sofa. It’s very warm inside; the heating works well. There is a washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. The kitchen has a basic set of utensils for cooking. There are also all the essentials for cleaning—things to sweep or mop the floor if needed. The girl at the office was very friendly, answered all our questions, and explained how to use the key. We also called from the location because we didn’t understand how to open the gate, and the staff member explained everything. There is a metro station very close to the building—no more than a 5-minute walk. Lidl supermarket is about 15 minutes on foot, and there are also bus stops nearby. There are small shops close to the building as well.

To pay the surcharge and get the electronic key, we had to go to another address. This was very inconvenient in the evening after a long trip, searching for the office. It would be better to allow full payment online and to receive the electronic key online as well, because we were already very tired. We also didn’t like that one of the blankets had a stain on it, so we didn’t use it. The blankets need to be washed properly! We missed having a microwave to quickly heat something up, as we didn’t have much time for cooking.

Everything was good, but it would’ve been perfect with hot water.

I liked the location — it was clean, close to the metro, and there was a lovely local café nearby. The bed was comfortable too.

Modern, spacious and clean apartment, very close to the metro station.

We had the whole apartment for ourselves. The apartment was very spacious, secure (we had to use a code to enter the external door as well as the apartment door) comfortable and clean, with a modern design and furniture. It is very close to local amenities and shops (there is just a shop around the corner that you can buy necessities like water, etc) and very close to the tube station (it's only 5' walk from the apartment), so we had easy access to move around.

The apartment is lacking air conditioning, and was very hot during our stay in July. The host was thoughtful enough to provide us with a fan (thank you) and although a fan did alleviate the problem, having an air conditioner would be better.

The towels smells very bad The water flows hot and cold , you couldn’t make a proper bath The soap is the worst ever No air conditioning and you can’t open windows because of mosquitoes, no nets No remote control for tv, the property seems to do this intentionally because I read that on other people who stayed there and if you ask , the owner ignores you They tax you more 50euros if you arrive after 21.00, they said is for staff who attend you at check in but you make auto check in 😅😅

Kifogastalan volt a szallas! Jol megkozelitheto, minden, ami szamunkra fontos, rendelkezesre allt. Miriam fogadott, mindent elmagyarazott, kedves volt, szimpatikus. Kaptam uzenetet is a szallastol, hogy segitenek ettermet ajanlani es minden masban is.

La casa era davvero sporca. Gli asciugamani sporchi e maleodoranti. Purtroppo il nostro è stato un viaggio per assistere una persona ammalata. La posizione è buona, niente da ridire ma la casa è tenuta malissimo e sporca.i coltelli non tagliavano, stoviglie insufficienti. Tante cose erano rotte. Il lavandino otturato e alla mia osservazione mi è stato detto di stappare con la mano !! Posso postare messaggi e video.

Fajna lokalizacja, metro praktycznie pod blokiem, mieszkanko przytulne, klimatyczny balkon z widokiem na ładną kamienice, w mieszkaniu dwa wiatraki które bardzo ułatwiały zniesienie wysokiej temperatury

Brak podstawowych środków takich jak sól, cukier, gąbka i płyn do naczyń, zatkana umywalka w łazience w której stoi woda, pod prysznicem trzeba odczekać dłuższą chwile zanim zacznie lecieć ciepła woda, wentylator w łazience który po zapaleniu światła nieustannie się włącza i wyłącza wydając przy tym głośne dźwięki

A pior experiência em hospedagem: - me fizeram fazer um trajeto de 40minutos pra buscar uma chave INEXISTENTE, era um link que foi enviado pelo mesmo chat que estávamos conversando, não havia necessidade nenhuma de me fazer deslocar sozinha, cheia de mala pesada, não tiveram a mínima consideração ou cuidado com o hospede - localização COMPLETAMENTE FORA de Milão, pra chegar ao centro era necessário fazer um trajeto de NO MINIMO 40 minutos - o supermercado mais próximo era a 10 minutos a pé - chegando la o chuveiro não funcionava e a água não esquentava, foi encaminhado um técnico pra arrumar o chuveiro (mesmo a atendendo dizendo que o chuveiro estava funcionando perfeita, completamente sinica) mas tomei banho gelado durante toda a estadia - faltei implorar pra cancelarem e implorei por ajuda da booking e não obtive resposta nenhuma. Nunca mais me hospedo por esse site

Minden közel volt, applikációval működött a kapu es a szoba ki és bezárása, nem volt probléma a kulccsal. Kedvesek, segítőkészek, nagyon jó étterem a túloldalt, tradicionális, hamisitatlan, olasz étterem. Ha Milánóba. Járunk, biztosan itt fogunk megszállni. A lakás felszerelt mindennel.

Przyjechaliśmy na urlop w grudniu, mieszkanie bardzo ciepłe !, czasami aż za gorąco 😂 czysto, schludnie, duże pomieszczenie, lokalizacja idealna, dojazd na wyciągnięcie ręki, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni !

Brak kołdry (zima), za mało naczyń typu garnki, sztućce, nie działający czajnik.
