The room was a complete studio with kitchen.... complete with microwave, hobs and crockery for self catering. The bathroom was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable, bed linen and towels good quality. WiFi was very good. We had a first floor room overlooking the garden and it was very quiet. The room temperature was good which is controllable by the guest. Nice to be able to open the door to the outside garden view too. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. 10 minutes walk from Argonne metro for a quick ride to or from Linate airport. If anything at all the room is "tired" but for an overnight stay to be near the airport it is ideal.

Great location outside of Milan, and close proximity to bus and metro stations into the city. Hotel located in a gated area accessible by key/keypad. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by other locals. Staff members were wonderful and greeted us each time we came and left the hotel. The room has a small kitchen and fridge helpful for storing food. Would stay here again if we are coming to Milan!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment itself was okay, location also good. However, on first day there were 3 electricity outages - last one happened around 22:40, the reception was already closed despite closing time at 23. So me and few other guests had to spend the night without electricity, we weren’t able to charge phones, cook, use fridge etc. And communication with hotel was just horrible. After 3 electrical outages it was ME who had to ask for another room on another floor. We were given a room, but for 3 days no one cleaned there, even though I talked to reception and they assured me they will clean. I am disappointed with the service provided and especially with communication with management (to this day they have not answered my emails with complaints). Absolutely horrible!

Mr Francesca from napoleon was a good receptionist. He is good as gold. This IH hotel group need to have good look about the mosquito in surrounding hotel. My children got 100 of bite . Staff was wonderful but hotel management or owner is rubbish to make more modern for British tourists. I give 5 star to mr frencesca .

The place is little worn out, but okay to stay. The beds were missing blankets, only sheets to cover, kind of cold. The other room amenities including kitchen deserves a plus. However, the staff need discipline and customer service training. The front desk lady has a rude attitude toward customers. We requested a 30 minute late checkout (due to babies feeding time) and they were adamantly stupid enough to deny it, would never stay here again. The other day, we requested blanket and they seem to roil their eyes with a weird look as if no one has ever used a blanket while sleeping. The elevator/lift is congested if you are traveling with a stroller.

It was difficult to get to the hotel - at the gate, you need to find the buzzer for reception. The room itself was quite impressive for what it was - it had a kitchenette and a rather large bathroom. The area is okay, not much to do in the near vicinity, but it is close to a tram line and a subway which connects close to the heart of Milan. The lobby also had a nice coffee machine.

Location was very convenient - near metro stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful with sending information when I had questions. Rates were good. The only negative was the walls of the room should be freshly painted.

Property felt safe behind locked gates. Didnt like not having a 24 hour concierge. Building was a little tricky to locate as you cant see it from the street. You have to walk through a gate , down a hill, and it is the first building on the left. Staff was friendly. There is a bar across the street, people yelling, sounded like a rave was going on one night. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Easy ro get a parking spot on the road in front of the building.

You get what you pay for. The staff is very amazing but the property itself is ehhh. The room was outdated but pretty clean and I enjoyed the TV. The water pressure was basically zero and the water shot out weird so it started flooding the bathroom walls and floor but barely touched my body. The a/c is only used during spring and summer and the water is not complimentary. The outside is beautiful with so many flowers and plants but alittle under kept but I think it adds character. Overall it’s a good place for a few days and to save some money and spend it elsewhere.

The place was really close to the m4 metro station. Great and safe neighborhood (at least our experience) I had a personal problem with my luggage and everyone was really helpful even though they had nothing to do with my problem. The rooms are a bit old but really comfortable and clean. Our double room was actually larger than they were in the photos.

MISSING PERSONAL ITEMS, BEWARE We were checking out at 11am but wanted to explore Milan for a few more hours before our train left so we stored our bags at the reception. However, after we picked up our bags and were at the train station I noticed that my sunglasses and my Nintendo switch were gone from my backpack. This is the only place they could have gone missing as we took the taxi to the train station. This place did nothing to help even after reaching out. They just said they will "ask the cleaners if they found anything" but never followed up. They are slow to respond too. There was also a person clearly sleeping in the lobby of the place for some reason with blankets and their things scattered around but they didn't look like a tourist. Would not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in Milan. We were there with friends, the triple room had two comfortable beds and a smaller one that was not as comfortable. But the place was very well connected with metro and tram lines to the city center in 15 min commuting and was located in a silent area without the noise and chaos of the city center. It's the perfect place to stay a couple of days to visit the city and places around because it has parking on the building.

Room was comfy, with a little kitchen, everything was very clean. The issue was that they were doing some work which was very noisy and they started it at 8am… I mean that’s just not nice. Cleaning lady came into the room several minutes before check-out, did not understand a word in English and didn’t have any communication with reception about our late check out. So room was fine but there were issues.

It was such a cute place. Our room had a little kitchenette with a nice balcony looking over the garden courtyard! Staff was friendly and helpful! We had car trouble and we’re late for our check in by a few minutes but they were really kind about the situation.
