Kleos Hotel Milano Città Studi by Kleos Group Collection

Everything was literally perfect. The hotel was extremely clean, and all services were available 24/7. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Even before our arrival, they sent us useful information about transportation and asked if we needed any assistance. One of my favorite details was their own line of bath products. They smelled amazing, felt high-quality, and were especially great for my hair. It was raining during our stay, and they even provided umbrellas for guests. We also had an early check-out, and they kindly offered us a place to stay afterwards, access to a bathroom, and free luggage storage. Everything was offered with genuine kindness and without any extra charge. The attention to detail and the quality of the service really made a difference. An excellent experience from beginning to end.

The neighborhood is really calm, close to the subway and the tram. The staff was amazingly kind, and helped us get home after we were lost in Milan at 1am after the concert. The room was bigger than expected which was a nice surprise and super clean.

Great stay! The experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Everything was to my expectation.

The room was very cold as the heating system was off, they first offered us a small heating fan, then they sneak into our room and took it after we left the hotel for two hours. This was not acceptable at all.
