    The one big plus is the location. The staff were friendly. For a 2 star hotel the furniture was good. We were in on the floor under the reception and the room had little moldy smell that the hotel was trying to hide with lots of air freshener also the were some stains on the curtains. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. In conclusion if they get rid of the smell and pay more attention to the cleanliness it could be a great budget deal

    Water is super hot and cant even take a shower, regulator for cold water was broken. Small bed with only one side of charge point. Smells moisty. No fridge in appartment.

    If we needed anything the staff was there for us without problems. If you need employees they are the right ones. But if you want to stay there... cold, walls need urgent repair, it was cleanish.., not so confortable pillows or mattress; breakfast was pretty small but ok if you don't expect diversity. On top of this we encountered a transport strike which amplified the negative perception of milan. Untill repairs are made to the rooms and shower( so much stone gathered), mattress and pillows changed i cannot reccomend.
