    Upon arrival at the property, there was no receptionist present to greet me. Instead, communication was done through a speaker, and the staff member did not come to assist in person—she simply directed me to where I could find the keys. I had specifically booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. Throughout my stay, there were multiple power interruptions, and I could clearly hear noise coming from the adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, there was no access to hot water. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I do not intend to stay at this property again.
