    I stayed at Palazzo Loreto Hotel Milano for three nights as a solo traveller and had a smooth and comfortable experience. The location was excellent, with Loreto Metro station nearby, making it easy to travel around Milan. Getting to the Duomo, Milano Centrale, and other parts of the city was quick and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They spoke good English, which made communication easy, especially when asking for directions or local information. Overall, this was a convenient, clean, and no-fuss hotel for a three-day solo trip to Milan. The excellent metro access was a major advantage. I would happily stay here again on my next visit

    New hotel but lacking in terms of service and support. Not the service forward model you would expect from a 4☆ hotel. I have emailed the hotel to raise my concerns directly but have not heard back.
