    This was my second stay at this hotel. Flight came in early, arrived at hotel for 10:30am, still had to wait until 3pm for room to be ready, despite seeing other guests arrive and were checked in, we left and came back for 2pm and still had to wait until 3pm, Appreciate the rules but other guests were checked in. It was our anniversary we received a complimentary glass of Prosecco, (which was a half filled glass) perhaps would have been nicer to have received a bottle in an ice bucket to the room, rather than having to take the offer in the bar. No iron in the room, please bear this in mind. Location is excellent, literally a 7 min walk to Milan Central Station. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Breakfast was good the usual scramble egg, bacon, hotdog sausages, toast, good selection of hot drinks, cold cuts, cereal and juices, breakfast is good as not many hotels around include breakfast, hotel staff are friendly and overall would stay again. A few cafes and restaurants are around the hotel but lots to eat at Milan Central. They have a roof top now open, definitely adds to the hotel experience, it wasn’t open on my first visit so was a nice addition to our stay. Great views of Milan from the rooftop. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

    Minutes from 2 metro stations and tram stop and 10 min from Milan Centrale mean easy quick access to Milan centre. Large rooms, clean but a little dated in decor. breakfast ok.

    This place has the worst cleaning I been to. Hair on picture frame, hair in the fridge, wet hair at base of toilet, hair behind cups in bathroom, hair on the bed, and even on the towel!!!! Stayed 3 nights here and housekeeping came by everyday and still manage to miss the wet hair at the base in front of the toilet. So disgusting. I do not recommend this place. Only thing good was how friendly the staff is but its a dirty place. I tried uploading all the pictures I took but this platform keeps saying error...
