The room was nice and clean. However, the hotel owners’ attitudes were terrifying and totally nonsense. Refused to communicate and knocked on our door 10 minutes before the official checkout time for unknown reason. The man did not even try to greet us every time we tried to greet him politely. Horrible experience, would not recommend. However, some hotel staffs were nice and helpful.

Thought that receptionist is very snub but he has his way of telling us what to do. Very helpful and love the room. Complete amenities. Toilet is superb like fully renovated.

Room 204: No functional WiFi. Sink pipe in the bathroom is not properly mounted to the sink and there is limescale on the shower floor. Heating is so loud as if you are next to the waterfall. Dirty mugs were prepared for us to use in the following days. Stairs to get to the second floor are as in the movies to get to attic. No closet. TV was useless, no apps or channels worked, even though receptionist "restarted" the router.
For the 3 night stay we didn't get fresh towels.
