    I had booked 2 connecting rooms (2 rooms?) through Agoda but the hotel reception told me that i was booked for "family room" (one bed) through booking.com instead of agoda (weird). However, the staff were friendly and willing to help out. I think Agoda should provide a clear clarification term of 2 connecting rooms in its room selection page. Beware you will get a family room instead of 2 connecting rooms! The room was nice and large by the way, but it's not 2 connecting rooms as shown in the page!

    Very convenient to the Milan train station, convenient to take trains to other cities. Very disappointed with the WIFI. it’s a free service however, it was SO difficult to get connection from our room for the entire 3 nights. we could only get connection from the lobby. called the reception for help to connect on the 2nd night, they came up and miraculously there was connection for 5 minutes, when they left it was gone. again. as travellers internet is the most important esp when we return back to the hotel. couldn’t wait to get out of there.
