    I like the location, staff, food and the cleanless of the room I recommend this hotel to if you are planing to visit milan

    The location is excellent. Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping performance, however, below expectations: towels only partially replaced; facial tissues not refilled; shower head not fixed despite reporting fault; dusty floor in room, and several other issues. It is the excellent locations why I recommend the hotel.
