Avoid at all cost

The location is absolutely terrible. The apartment is near Via Padova street, which is the worst street in Milan. For our whole trip we feared for our safety. As we were on the ground level, we could see people’s shadows when they were passing by. Also they could see ours, so it wasn’t comfortable when we were changing, sleeping or anything at all, especially at night. We were forced to leave our apartment earlier because of that and didn’t get any refund. They say first you have to pay late check in, even though you payed for a whole day and shouldn’t pay anything on top. Check in was via code on the door, so I don’t see any point in paying for it. They said they won’t charge us if we leave a positive review. Also, charged us 63€ of additional taxes which weren’t included anywhere in the text. We payed total around 400€, absolutely not worth it. The apartment looks nice inside, but I would rather have dirty apartment in a safe street than fear for my life in cute little room. Avoid at all cost.

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente sconsigliato. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l’appartamento completamente sporco. La cosa più inquietante è stata una macchia rossa sul muro accanto al letto, che presumibilmente poteva essere sangue. Una situazione davvero disgustosa e inaccettabile. L’asciugacapelli era pericoloso: appena provavamo ad accenderlo faceva scintille e sprigionava una piccola fiamma. Abbiamo immediatamente avvisato la struttura chiedendo la sostituzione. Ci è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto subito, ma siamo stati lasciati senza phon fino al pomeriggio del giorno dopo. Considerando il freddo di Milano, siamo rimasti oltre 24 ore senza poterci lavare e asciugare i capelli. Per una notte siamo rimasti addirittura senza un cuscino decente. Il giorno dopo hanno portato sia il phon che i cuscini, ma incredibilmente senza federe. Una gestione approssimativa e poco professionale sotto ogni punto di vista. La zona è terribile e poco rassicurante. La porta dell’appartamento lasciava intravedere le ombre dei passanti dall’esterno, rendendo l’atmosfera ancora più inquietante e poco sicura. Abbiamo chiesto almeno il rimborso di una notte per i gravi disagi subiti, ma ci è stato negato. 340 € per tre notti in queste condizioni sono un vero e proprio furto. Nessuna cura, nessun impegno, zero attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un appartamento sporco, inquietante e gestito in modo totalmente irresponsabile. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.
