Appartamento spazioso, confortevole, ben attrezzato ed arredato, luminoso, ottimamente pulito. Inserito in un complesso condominiale con accesso dall'esterno riservato, quindi internamente molto sicuro. Possibilità di parcheggio lungo la pubblica via, non distante dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici/metro.
Il quartiere, periferico, può lasciare dubbi sulla sicurezza, ma il complesso condominiale, come detto sopra, è molto sicuro.
