El apartamento está bien, cocina, aseo, habitación sofá cama, agua caliente. Y una buena ubicación con varias tiendas cerca y bares restaurantes. La boca de metro a unos 250 metros Y el personal me pareció muy atento amable

El apartamento en sí está bien equipado, pero hay algunos detalles que se pueden mejorar como por ejemplo.. en el aseo poner algún colgador para las toallas, las escaleras de subir a la habitación intentar hacerle los peldaños algo más grandes en la cocina dejar al menos lo básico como un trapo secamanos alguna botella de fregaplatos, valleta. Osea lo mínimo básico que se necesita en una cocina. Por lo demás el personal me pareció atento y amable

Local simples, mas bem localizado, e atendimento excepcional da equipe responsável pela locação. A região tem diversas opções de mercado e restaurantes, e está próximo ao metrô.

Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores, bem como o enxoval.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Great location close to the metro and city center. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent.

The street outside was a bit noisy at night, but it wasn’t a big issue.

The apartment itself is tidy. Tram stop nearby.

It is in a basement/stairway type of place, so there is a very noticeable damp, cold feeling and very unpleasant smell. No sound isolation. During our stay, the neighbours next door smoked heavily, and the apartment is not isolated properly, so the smell from next door permeated to the towels, bed sheets, our own clothes. We informed the hosts about this, but they looked at this situation negligently. The neighbourhood doesn’t seem safe, although the transportation system is convenient (there’s a tram stop nearby). Upon arrival, you need to “collect the key” in another address, as it turns out, it’s an electronic lock which is activated on your phone (remotely) and you do not need to actually “collect” anything, they just show you how to use the unlocking link sent to you in advance by email. That’s it for short.
