It was really nice; great location and nice staff. Jaki was really helpful with everything and responded to any questions fast. Once we arrived, there were all of the essential items including towels, coffee, fan, etc. Overall we had great experience!

Entrance to the building and apartment is a bit complicated, but nothing too hard. Bath was leaking a bit while we showered. Floors were a bit dirty when we arrived.

The location was great, close to the metro, shops, restaurants, and bars. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The building was nice and felt very secure, with several locked doors and controlled access. We really appreciated having our own space and being able to enjoy peace and privacy. The neighbors were quiet, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was okay, but we think it would be even better with an additional mattress topper or protective layer to make it feel softer and more hygienic. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the convenience of the location.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, even though it was listed on the property page. We were given fans, but only on the last day of our stay. It was very hot inside the apartment, making it uncomfortable to sleep and causing us to wake up sweating. The apartment feels modern but somewhat neglected. The shower is poorly designed, and water leaks all over the bathroom floor. There is no proper drain for the excess water, which appears to have caused moisture damage to the bathroom door. It would be helpful to provide a mop so guests can clean up the water after showering. The kitchen could also be better equipped with a dishcloth, sponge, and a dish drying rack or an area to leave clean dishes. Overall, the apartment was okay, and the bathroom was clean. However, the shower area showed signs of rust and could benefit from some maintenance and improvements.
