Overated and not a good location

It was clean.

It wasn't in a great location with no cafes and transport nearby. The contractual requirements made us wary of using the kitchen and added a level of stress that we didn't expect. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

If you don't need a breakfast in a hotel, you will like this accomodation.

Our apartement was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is spacious, the bed was quite big for 2 of us and fortunatelly it didn't creaked. The sound-proofing was perfect, we heard nothing from the other apartements. I could make tea and coffee in the kitchen and it was enough for us. The nearest underground station was about 10 mins walk away, not too far which was important for us.

There were no disturbing things. After we arrived we found an information folder on the dining room table. It contains some instuctions about how we should behave during our stay and how to handle our apartement and some things in it, but there wasn't any special request, I think it was okay.

Wonderful stay. Fully stocked home away from home.

We had a great stay at this apartment. There is an elevator/lift which was good. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The host, Guido, has kept ALL the things needed for a comfortable stay. It is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking including salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, pasta, risotto rice, flour etc and had many utensils. There is a file with all the practical details for the stay inside the apartment. Even the toilet was fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, deodrant, make up remover etc. The host has thought of everything for the guests. We truly felt that it was a home away from home!

It is a bit far from the tram and metro station and far from the city centre.

Overall, my stay was really good.

Your apartment is one of the best I've seen, equipped with almost everything a guest could think of. The attention to detail and the amenities provided truly enhanced my experience. Despite this, I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Keep up the fabulous work—you're doing an amazing job!

Our stay was beyond magical and this apartment did its part too. didn’t want to leave

First of all,as soon as we entered,we realized that the property was very clean and huge. It had everything as if you were at home. It was our pleasure to meet Guido who gave us a journal with best cultural and food locations. The good thing is that the apartment has everything to cook at home if you don’t want to go out or spend big money. The location is good too. it’s in a quiet and clean neighborhood surrounded with beautiful buildings. Metro station is not afar as supermarkets.

A wonderful stay in Milan

Excellent apartment, with all facilities needed, clean, located near Precotto metro station, near supermarkets and coffee shops/ pizzerias & restaurants. Guido - the host, answered us promptly to all questions asked and even made relevant recommendations and proved to be not only useful, but also kind. Grazie mille for everything; we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan, looking for a nice stay!

Superb

Nice place to stay in Milan. Apartment is as shown, clean and comfy. Few mins walk to metro station. check in was easy and as explained in email. For breakfast there is near by bakery and some restaurants.

The interior decoration was pretty. It was spacious and quiet. The owner was helpful.

The air conditioner was connected to outside with a gap, and mosquitoes were coming in through it. Because of this, we suffered from heat at night, and in the end we plugged the gap with towels.

Exceptional

The apartment was very well equipped, had everything you could need, even coffee, sugar, salt and umbrellas. The host was really great and helpful. Location is amazing, its close to metro station and the neigbourhood was very peaceful and family friendly. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment was a perfect size for 2 people. We had a really good time.

The shower head needs to be fixed because the water is splashing everywhere but besides that, everything else is great.

We didn't like it at all.

The bad things were, Location, bed, insects, my two sons new sneakers were stolen from my car Infront of building which means that area is not safe at all.Air condition in the living room made noice all the time.

Comfortable place, great location and the owner is a very nice person!

The landlord is a pleasant person. Everything was done very comfortable way. We arrived late in Milan and came to the place without any difficulties. The location and transportation are perfect. Cozy and lovely area. We picked up the keys from the postbox. The owner told in detail how to get to the apartment and attached valuable links and photos. This made the task very easy :) The apartment is also very nice and comfortable. We, with my friend, enjoyed our stay.

Very relaxed stay.

Owner was very pacient to answer our questions. You need a cellphone though, to communicate with the host (which shouldn't be a problem for most european guests). Communication can be done via email as well. The owner responded quickly to any mail. We liked the area. You find nice authentic restaurants close to the apartment (walking distance 5 to 10 minutes).

Online checkin was a bit detailed at first. However, considering the fact that you don't really meet the host it is explainable why the checkin works in that way.

Everything was great, highly recommend. Great host! Let us check in earlier and check out later, also recommended us what to visit, what restaurants are great around. The place was clean and had everything you need.

Shower and hot water was on and off. I wouldn't mind that if it was only once but throughout our all stay. Except that everything was great.

Lovely stay in Milano at Carozzi place

The area is very quiet and we felt very safe in this residential part of the city. It was easy to park our car near the entrance. In the flat, everything is done to provide the best comfort to the guests. We have tried many appartments and it's the first time that we have fought so many useful things. We used to eat at home for dinner and it was very convenient thanks to the premise's facilities and to the vicinity of the Bennet supermarket (one ground floor plus one underground floor), just near Precotto metro station. In winter, heating is very important and we were able to tune it in every room, to our needs. After less than ten minutes walking, you find pasticceria, take away food, fruits and vegetables supplier, supermarket and the useful Precotto metro station. My last words are for Guido, the owner, who cares about his guests and takes time to give precious tips and is always reactive. Thanks again Signore Carozzi.

A location to which we will return with pleasure

Excellent apartment ( clean, confortable, fully equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi ). Very convenient location, close to Precotto metro stations and two supermarkets. Guido ( the host ) offered us the best tips and ideas ! Grazie Guido

Super cozy and with everything you need! In a beautiful area. we didn’t believe the amazing surroundings of this place. so quiet and with a lot of green. The location is 5 stars. Carozzi Apartments - Excellent!

We had some travel delays due to a sick child and the host Guido was very accommodating for our later than expected check in time. The apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable for our stay. Very convenient location, close to metro stations and several supermarkets within walking distance as well as takeaway restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. We would happily stay here again.
