Excellent location, close to the underground which can take anywhere. The apartment looks stunning and clean, no issue at all. We did not see the staff, but he left and gave all instructions and advised everything that was needed. Strongly recommend. Thank you Guido.

It was clean.
It wasn't in a great location with no cafes and transport nearby. The contractual requirements made us wary of using the kitchen and added a level of stress that we didn't expect. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Our apartement was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is spacious, the bed was quite big for 2 of us and fortunatelly it didn't creaked.
The sound-proofing was perfect, we heard nothing from the other apartements. I could make tea and coffee in the kitchen and it was enough for us.
The nearest underground station was about 10 mins walk away, not too far which was important for us.
There were no disturbing things. After we arrived we found an information folder on the dining room table. It contains some instuctions about how we should behave during our stay and how to handle our apartement and some things in it, but there wasn't any special request, I think it was okay.

the furniture and the location was good
it was dirty, our white socks went from white to black and there were no house shoes
also the doors were bad, they were hard to unlock
