Great apartment for a short stay in Milan

Overall, the place and the hosts are great - amazing location - 3 mins to the tram and 15 mins to metro station. Very nice, clean apartment. New furniture, has dishes, hair dryer and even an iron - basically, everything you need for a short, conveninent stay in Milan. The host was also responsive and helped us with any questions we had.

The only major thing that affected the comfort of our stay is the stability of electricity. The network seems to be very weak, as the plumb was getting "knocked out" every time when there was multiplte elecrtical things being used - e.g. we couldn't use the air conditioner and hair dryer at the same time. And every time this happened we had to go to kind of a basement and turn the plumb back on.

Poca agua caliente para dos personas La cama algo incómoda La comunicación con el servicio de atención al cliente nula. Si pasa algo desde las 18 de la tarde del viernes hasta el lunes a las 10 no puedes hablar con nadie.

Pues que se nos fue la luz una noche y estuvimos sin luz esa noche y parte del día hasta que nos contestaron ( no tienen asistencia 24h) y encima nadie apareció , tuvimos que hablar con vecinos y buscarnos la vida …

Buenos días en Milano

Una ubicación muy buena. En 20 min estás en el centro. Todo tranquilo, sin ruidos y en general no parecía una mala zona. Muy cómodo el apartamento. Genial

El agua de la ducha después de ducharse dos personas se ponía fría. También creemos que faltan toalleros para poner toallas y soporte para el papel higiénico. Por lo demás muy bien.

Consiglio volentieri questo appartamento per un soggiorno di lavoro/vacanza. Nuovo, comodo e pulito.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, confortevole per un soggiorno di lavoro o vacanza. Super attrezzato e curato nei dettagli: phon, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, tv, specchio ecc. Letto e divano comodi, il tutto in un ambiente abbastanza spazioso, presente anche un piccolo balconcino. Grazie al primo accesso con pass-key, super veloce e comodo, senza dover andare in giro a cercare chiavi o dover far aspettare il proprietario in caso di ritardo.

Unica pecca è stata la disposizione delle prese. Vicino al tavolo in cucina, se vi è necessità di lavorare, non ci sono fonti di alimentazioni vicine. Dunque mantenere il pc in carica diventa un problema, a meno che non si abbia una prolunga. Ed un'altra cosa, se proprio si vuol essere pignoli: la porta del bagno riduce lo spazio di entrata, di conseguenza per passare occorre necessariamente chiuderla. Magari una porta a doppia anta potrebbe essere più confortevole.
