Gold LoveMI

Enough space for 3 people, comfy beds.

Our stay was marred by a number of inconveniences, some more significant than others. What we found particularly disappointing was the lack of soap at the property, which we consider to be an essential requirement. The host told us there should have been some form of soap in a kit, but we reckon the host hasn’t been to the property for quite some time… the cleaning company is supposed to take care of these trivial matters. What we discovered, however, was something else entirely: not only do they not take care of the cleaning, but on the contrary, they are completely negligent. We found dirty walls, towels with holes in them, a thick layer of dust on the metal bedside tables, the mirror, and dirty windows; but because they were blocked by wooden shutters, not even sunlight could get into the flat. We opened the shutters to let in some sunlight and air the rooms, but we discovered an even bigger mess on the small balcony, which was overrun by pigeons that were making themselves at home there. The flat is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, but not with detergent, because not everyone who stays there needs them; so, according to a logic we couldn’t understand, there’s no need for detergent either – it's optional. We could have used the machines if we’d brought our own detergent. We found six sachets of shampoo/body wash – those plastic ones that are difficult to open, especially if your hands are wet. The toilet cistern cover was merely propped up against the wall and looked as though it might fall off at any moment. All of this led us to believe that the hosts hadn’t been to the property for some time, or that they were completely ignorant of the issues. And... it's a noisy neighborhood.

La amplitud limpieza y lo completo que está en todos los aspectos

Nagyon tiszta volt, jól felszerelt.

Nem volt ilyen.

Location, the flat itself was really nice

There was no toilet paper provided. When I asked the owner where I could find some, I was told that I could find it at the supermarket, which I found quite rude. There was also no hand soap and no cutlery in the fully equipped kitchen, which was very weird.
