Good for short stays but bare minimum

The apartment is great for a very short stay. Its location is incredibly convenient as you can get anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. It’s quite spacious and can fit more than 2 people. Being able to request a second cleaning during the stay is nice. Communication with the host was great.

There were several aspects that we found lacking and would not make us not choose this particular apartment again, if visiting Milan in the future. - upon entering the main door, there is a step which is no way lit up or marked to draw attention to it. There is only one window in the flat, which is kept closed, therefore there is barely any light coming from the hall and from the flat itself making it quite dangerous, if you don’t notice the step. - The flat is kept at its bare minimum. There are no kitchen towels, no side bed tables, no lamps, no toilet paper holder. The owners provide you with a moka but not with coffee. There are no extension cords so depending on which side of the bed you sleep, you can’t charge your device near you. The bed is as hard as a rock. - when we checked in, the floor was quite dusty. My boyfriend’s socks, who doesn’t use slippers, were black within a short time. - the window cannot be opened - and there’s only one in the whole flat - , basically, as you’re right on the street providing you with 0 privacy and safety issues. - no iron provided or washing machine. I requested an iron and board, during our stay, but was told that as there had been accidents in the past of people burning down things, they had removed them from their flats. I understand, of course, however, it would simply be sufficient to make the person who requests this responsible for any damages, in case. I have been using irons for years. - the tram runs right outside of the flat so noise is very much a problem.

A nice and pleasant trip!

Our stay at the Rrrapido Suites Paolo Sarpi was excellent. As seen in the pictures, the room was spotless, contemporary, and well-maintained. The location is great; it's close to public transport and a lot of eateries, cafes and stores are all within walking distance. The host and I had excellent communication, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Because of the area's tranquilly, it's ideal for both business trips and city breaks.Strongly advised—we would most certainly return!

It was comfortable

We were truly surprised when we first met the house. The bathrooms were clean, the beds were clean, and the house was generally clean. The location appealed to us; transportation and public transportation to the house are excellent, and there's a train station nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. The host was very understanding and open in her communication with us. There was a simple video guide for the entrance, so we had no trouble getting in and out. She didn't leave any questions unanswered. We were very pleased with our stay.

There was nothing I didn't like, nothing more, nothing less.

Bad management. Do not recommend this place.

Location is ok

The main bed was not made to sleep. Instead the sofa bed was made. We asked them to fix the issue but they ignored our request. The towels provided were old and not all clean. We had to wait outside for half an hour to enter the apartment as the cleaner locked the key inside and the locksmith had to come to open the door. This was at 3:30 pm. They could have fixed the problem well before we arrived but they did not. Totally unhappy with the management. Would not recommend this place.

Very clean and comfortable, with good communication and easy bus and metro connections. 100% recommended.

Only a few kitchen utensils were missing, so it's new and everything is restored.

The location was fine and it wasn't too expensive.

The bed is a rather uncomfortable sofa bed. The place wasn't clean, there was dust on the night stands from a few weeks and there was mold in the bathroom. One of the chairs was broken.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay in this appartment. It is clean, spacious enough, not too central but still close, safe and next to the Asian neighbourhood - my kids really appreciated that. Everything was in order. The managment took the effort to let us into the appartment a couple of hours earlier, which was appreciated. Also, very effective way of checking-in and getting the keys (although I do wonder why all those details, including for kids, were needed). There's a metro station nearby, a bus station even nearer that takes you all the way to Castello Sforzesco and the tram passes just in front of the building (a bit loudy, though).

Nothing of what I am going to write does not take away from the fact that I recommend this very decent place. These are just suggestions for the owner: - A coffee machine would be appreciated (there's only the traditional espresso pot). I have to say though that the bar across the street (Crystal's) makes pretty decent coffee. - A microwave as well. There's a real oven though. - A mosquito repeller (lots of mosquitos in Milan!!!) Two more points that you may need to know: - Τhe mezzanine (where the second bed is) is not fit for taller people. Ok for kids. - The water in the shower was not always hot. But hey, it's summer.

Excellent location close to public transport—very easy to commute. Host was responsive and clear in all communications. Surrounded by markets and plenty of places to eat, which was very convenient.

Noise: Trams run until around 1 a.m. and start again at 5:15 a.m., which made light sleep difficult. Cleanliness: The bed sheets had an unpleasant, musty odor that was hard to ignore. Amenities: An electric kettle—and perhaps even basic condiments like salt and pepper—would have made the stay more comfortable.

Fabulous Location, Spacious Apartment.

Great stay, spacious apartment comfy beds and in a great location! Near all the shops and supermarkets there is also concierge/security at the entrance room during the day. Hosts were kind and accommodating.

My only suggestion as there is cooking facilities basic cooking supplies would be a great touch! (oil, salt,pepper etc) More bedding - sheets for the additional bed but overall highly recommend. Will be back.

Milano hat uns sehr gefallen, die Oper im Teatro alla Scala war fantastisch und die Unterkunft ideal

Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit Metro sehr gut erreichbar und Metrostation nicht weit weg von der Unterkunft. Badzimmer/WC und Schlafzimmer sind sehr sauber, Küche haben wir nicht gebraucht, sieht aber auch sehr sauber aus. Sehr angenehm, dass man genügend Platz hat Kleider und Mäntel aufzuhängen.

Leider war es nachts relativ kalt, weil die Heizungen nicht in Betrieb waren und erst am Morgen wieder langsam warm wurden, als wir wieder aus dem Haus gingen. Vielleicht wäre im Winter eine zusätzliche Decke im Bett kein Luxus... Am Morgen, so etwa ab 04:30 Uhr war es recht lärmig (Tram oder Zug, lautes Geschwätz, Glasgegenstände, die in Container geworfen werden etc.)

Super consigliato

Struttura ben curata, arredamento nuovissimo sia in cucina, sia in bagno. Ambiente accogliente e ben riscaldato (essendo inverno). Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ottima comunicazione e istruzioni per il check-in molto chiare e semplici.

Avrei preferito trovare in bagno un cestino e una mensola per appoggiare eventuali oggetti personali

Posizione ECCEZIONALE

Sicuramente la posizione. Con nostra sorpresa, abbiamo "scoperto" uno dei quartiere più belli e confortevoli di Milano. Hai tutto a pochi passi, quartiere molto ben frequentato e sei praticamente in centro, a due passi da tutto. L'appartamento è ben ristrutturato e si presenta molto bene.

Si è al piano terra, quindi si sentono abbastanza rumori (del tram in specie). Assenza di lavatrice e microonde (che sarebbe auspicabile poter utilizzare in un appartamento). L'acqua in doccia non resta a lungo calda (anzi), quindi risulta difficile farsi una bella doccia rilassante a fine giornata.

La casa me encantó, tiene un altillo con una cama grande y otro dormitorio, cocina completa... y encima planta baja, lo recomiendo sin duda

Las perchas del armario quedan muy altas, yo por lo menos no llegaba a colgar nada, al ser planta baja, justo delante de las ventanas pasa el tranvía y cada vez que pasa suena mucho, y el portal cada vez que un vecino sale da mucho golpe, es lo unico malo, pero para mi ha ganado el resto, la casa es increible

Lo que no me gusto fue que era un bajo y se escuchaba la calle muchísimo, el tranvía no deja de pasar hasta muy tarde y a las 5 de la mañana ya vuelve a pasar. Un agotamiento para dormir. Además la “persiana” estaba rota y entraba mucha luz. Y por último el colchón cómodo de la cama debería estar abajo y el sofá cama arriba, ya que sería mucho más cómodo que dormir en el sofá cama todos los días

O aquecedor não funcionava (muito frio no quarto), janelas e paredes não continham o som (ouve-se a rua o tempo todo, sendo impossível de dormir), cama de baixíssima qualidade, água quente acabava muito rápido.

The location is very close to the underground, restaurants and stores. The building is safe. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The Smart TV worked properly and it was a big “+” for us.

If you like to sleep in warm room, you will need to talk about this with owner in advance. There is no remote control for the air conditioner and the radiator does nothing. We literally had to heat under the blanket with a hair dryer. Also we spoke with the owner about separate beds and he confirmed it, but when we entered the apartment the bed in the attic was not ready.

Appartamento largo, accogliente, con tutti gli strumenti utili per cucinare. Vicino ad una fermata metro. Molto comodo.

Le lenzuola sembravano bagnate, forse era per l'elevato tasso di umidità e sulla testata del letto c'era molta polvere. Migliorerei questo aspetto legato alla pulizia.

Un logement complet assez spacieux ; une résidence calme : des équipements neufs.

L’impression que le logement n’est pas « fini » : le four qui se détache du mur quand on veut l’ouvrir, pas de micro-ondes, une salle laissée vide entre la pièce principale et la salle de bain, … en outre, nous n’avons vraiment pas apprécié dormir sur le canapé, seul celui ci a été configuré pour y dormir, la mezzanine ne servant donc à rien… bref, beaucoup de choses à peaufiner, même pas de gel douche, jamais agréable.

L’appartamento è veramente bello, con arredi di design che sembrano molto nuovi Letto molto comodo e anche i cuscini Posizione centralissima e molto comoda

vorrei darvi alcuni suggerimenti per migliorare il soggiorno: 1. lasciare qualche bottiglia d’acqua in frigo e magari aggiungere qualcosa per una mini colazione ad esempio biscotti, brioche, the e caffè 2. Se possibile, cambiare le finestre con delle finestre che isolino dal rumore esterno dato che fino a mezzanotte e 42 si sente passare il tram e oltre questo, dato che è una zona centrale piena di bar e ristoranti, si sente la gente che parla al di fuori 3. Tende oscuranti

appartamentino ben ristrutturato. suite nuova, pulita, bagno con doccia xxl. tutto perfetto. silenziosa e discreta. condizionamento perfetto. comoda posizione con molti ristoranti e servizi in zona. metro a pochi minuti. sicuramente il mio riferimento per Milano.

Soggiorno piacevole

É un bel appartamento molto moderno! Facile da raggiungere

Perdeva acqua a terra dalla doccia, abbiamo pulito con il mocio, ma probabilmente é da sistemare. La zona della cucina era pulita, c’erano solo delle macchie di unto, ma non l’abbiamo usata avendo soggiornato solo per una notte, quindi non è stato un problema per me noi. C’era un capello sulla scala che porta al secondo letto.

No había papel higiénico, un detalle importante cuando lllegas a lo que supones tu casa con necesidad de ir al baño…. El colchón malísimo No se cabe de pie en la zona del dormitorio No hay cortinas en la ventana más cercana a la cama por lo que a las 7 era totalmente de día

Monolocale con divano letto

Scelto per un breve soggiorno a Milano soprattutto per la posizione, vicinissima a casa di mia figlia, e perché le foto mostrano spazi ampi e luminosi, arredamento moderno e nuovo, dotato di tutto. Evidentemente le foto sono di più appartamenti diversi e per questo bisogna fare attenzione nella prenotazione: credevo di aver scelto l'appartamento in foto con camera da letto separata, invece ho prenotato un monolocale in cui l'unico posto per dormire era il divano letto, accettabile ma non propriamente comodo. C'era anche un soppalco, modernissimo quanto a struttura, ma completamente inutilizzabile per l'altezza così ridotta che non si può assolutamente stare in piedi, non capisco proprio perché l'abbiano fatto. Per il resto, il monolocale è arredato modernamente e abbastanza pulito ma veramente essenziale: basterebbero pochi tocchi per renderlo molto più comodo. La zona è tranquilla e ricca di bar e locali, vicinissima a corso Sempione e a via Paolo Sarpi, servita dal tram 10 e vicina alla Metro lilla, per noi è stata super comoda. Lo scambio di informazioni con l'host è stato rapido e puntuale, check in e check out facili e veloci.

L'appartamento, abbastanza silenzioso, è al piano terra con una sola finestra grande che dà sul cortile interno, quindi aprire le imposte significa farsi vedere da chiunque passa; c'è un'altra finestrina in alto apribile con difficoltà solo scivolando carponi nel soppalco. La dotazione di cucina è minima, non ci sono tovagliette per non sporcare il tavolo bianco, né microonde per riscaldare i cibi, poche stoviglie e solo due cucchiaini. Servirebbero, e ce n'è tutto lo spazio, uno sgabello per aprire la valigia, qualche gancio attaccapanni sia in camera che in bagno, ripiano nel box doccia per poggiare bagnoschiuma, insomma qualche elemento in più per vivere l'appartamento con più comodità.
