Easy access. Solo check in and check out. Closenes to the metro station and therefore the location within the city. Everything felt simple.

The rooms and space where incredible. DEFINITELY, we loved the location as it was really nearby from several food locations and bus station as well métro station. So confortable that was very warm inside not only due to the environment but also as the home is really confortable. The staff, even when was only one person (I believe), answered the phone, gave me the instructions and was very approachable but I never saw him.

We had problems in order to take a shower on the bathroom inside the room; we tried our best in order to have a nice warm bath but instead the water was too hot, hence we wee not able to take a shower. This is the only please that asked me for a "deposit" payment of higher value (€700.00 without debit on the credit card) or for the same value debited from my credit card (I must say this last one was made as the link that gave me was not working). I attempt to pay it but for some reason the page throw me the same error message. At the end I received the refund but it was something that make me feel very unconfortable and to use any single thing inside of the house. I was with my family and even we clean as I was really worried about the deposit. As I repeat... It was the only place that made me do this. Other than that it is a 10 star place to stay.

definitely a bad decision to stay in this apartment.

the property was very far from all major tourist places. it is about an hour travel time to and from sites. we arrived at VERY dirty apartment at about 5:30pm, way past the check in time. I had to call the property manager who was very much unaware that the apartment was in a filthy state. we were terriblbly grossed out on the condition of the space we arrived into. we were not able to check in until way past 7pm, after an extremely tiring day. the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable and badly needs replacement. one of the fans wasnt working and we were not able to sleep as it was very hot in the midst of Paris heatwave without a fan. we appreciate that it was replaced the next day. we were deceived by the photos, the apartment was nothing like was what shown in photos.

Wejście prosto z ulicy, bardzo brudno, grzyb na ścianach w łazience, usterki które nie były naprawione, a mimo to była kaucja w wysokości 700€, lub 75€ opłaty za ubezpieczenie na wypadek ewentualnych uszkodzeń. Brak tabletek do zmywarki, mydła w płynie, resztki płynu do naczyń. Tylko 2 kieliszki i 2 szklanki, sztućce i talerze ok
