Fantastic room in the historic center. It was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. The best was the breakfast with local specialties. We would definitely come back.
Nothing to complain.

The location was great, right in the heart of everything - had two balconies
Not much room service - had to ask for clean towels & toilet paper

staff was friendly, location was central.
The apartment had a lot of noise from the street, even at 12.00 / 1.00 / 2.00 am. Closing the windows didn’t help. Additionally, there wasn’t much natural light as the street is very narrow. The boiler broke during my stay, which meant I had to take a cold shower at 8:00 in the morning. While these things can happen, and the hosts apologized, the issue wasn’t addressed, leaving me to pay full price for a stay where I couldn’t even enjoy a proper shower. It felt like, since I was checking out shortly, they just didn’t care. A small gesture, like offering a coffee (since there’s a breakfast machine available), would have shown some consideration. Instead, they laughed off the situation (in a friendly way), saying that unforeseen events are part of holidays.
