The location is great and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is great. It is delicious, authentic and personalised on a day to day basis. Great service from Yuri. A big thanks for the granitas and brioche.

A lovely big room. Everything is new and clean. Great aircon system - quiet and can generate heat as well as a cool air. I was offered help with the luggage. People who work here are very friendly and helpful. There was a mini bottle of prosecco in a fridge and some tasty biscuits. The room is really comfortable. Great bedding too. Please be aware you are right in a middle of Ortigia, with the cathedral just 5min walk from the property. The old streets are narrow and the sound really echoes. So you will hear noise in the room. I stayed for three nights and normally people stop walking outside by 1am. Someone was disposing of the glass bottles at 5am every day - it might wake you up. I didn’t mind because you are right in a middle of a beautiful charming area. And the bed is so comfortable - it is easy to fall asleep again.

Location great, on a small street, very central. Breakfast served in a small breakfast room, was very delicious and a great start for the day. Salty items and sweet too, delicious coffee. Bed was very comfortable with high quality linen.

Central location is always a bit noisy too, but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldnt fix.

The apartment had a lot of noise from the street, even at 12.00 / 1.00 / 2.00 am. Closing the windows didn’t help. Additionally, there wasn’t much natural light as the street is very narrow. The boiler broke during my stay, which meant I had to take a cold shower at 8:00 in the morning. While these things can happen, and the hosts apologized, the issue wasn’t addressed, leaving me to pay full price for a stay where I couldn’t even enjoy a proper shower. It felt like, since I was checking out shortly, they just didn’t care. A small gesture, like offering a coffee (since there’s a breakfast machine available), would have shown some consideration. Instead, they laughed off the situation (in a friendly way), saying that unforeseen events are part of holidays.
