Clean, spacious and well decorated.

the room was very pretty and spacious as well as very light and airy. We loved the décor and airy feel.

The host was very helpful, always available and provided lots of tips and advice

Wifi connection was poor The water in the shower was cold half of the times, even when we let it run for a while

The room is spacious and the interior is as per the pictures. The bed is also comfortable. I recommend to add a small table somewhere for people to leave keys, wallets, water etc. since it s so spacious. Also walking distance to some attractions.

Wi-fi does not work at all. I bumped into other guests who confrimed that and when I shared that with the owner they told me it works, ignoring completely my request for alternative options/help. I also followed the instructions to get the room cleaned up (making the bed and tidy it up a bit). No one came and when I texted the owner he told me that the cleaning lady said she came. The property is clearly overpriced, I stayed in very nice hotels with outstanding customer service for the price I paid per night (200 USD per night). To go to the main areas (like Ortigia) you need a car so if you have one, stay further out and get a better hotel , that's my recommendation to other travellers. The most disappointing part is the poor customer service and attention to the customer experience.
