La stanza molto nuova e fresca visto il caldo intenso fuori. Pensavo il soppalco fosse piu alto ma siamo stati benissimo lo stesso. Stanza pulita. Zona silenziosa. Si puo arrivare a ortigia a piedi in 30 minuti ma volendo ci sono i monopattini a giro per la città comodissimi

It is a short walk to Ortygia and Parco Archeologico. Parking on the street. We loved the balcony on the roof top. The place was clean and quiet.

The property was fully renovated and at a very convenient location. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was decent, and left in separate plates for each room, but was actually self service.
We were met upon arrival by the cleaning lady who gave us our keys. We didn't meet the owner until the day we left and that was by chance, so we left her the keys. Also, there was nobody during breakfast in case we needed something, i.e. it took us some time to get the espresso machine to work. We would have liked more interaction with the owner as it would have been more hospitable. I assume a reason is that she doesn't speak English.
