Nice location, everything you need, kitchen available also for coffee and water. Very nice view to the fountain!
Bed mattress is bit hard and it was little bit noisy.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is very central and the room is secure, with a balcony looking out over the streets and park. An automatic shutter and double-glazed doors block out noise and light. Access on arrival was very straightforward (with Whatsapp).

Great location, walking distance from Ortigia and also from the bus and train stations. Very functional accommodation. Free food/kitchen provided is good. Access is complicated but works. You need working Whatsapp.

Even though it has nothing to do with a gymnasium as suggested by the name, it is a nice flat seperated to rooms for each guest. The common kitchen is very well equipped.
There was no internet and the host was not responsive at all. The shower head is kind of old.
