Struttura eccellente alle porte di Ortigia.
Alessandro gentilissimo, chiaro nelle spiegazioni, presente...si è prodigato immediatamente a risolvere un piccolo problema e lo ha risolto brillantemente, velocemente, con grande capacità e dedizione. Bravo!
Stanze pulite, ottimo il bagno, balcone presente, buoni spazi...un b&b super!
Colazione convenzionata con due bar a fianco della struttura...beh che dire, due bar con una pasticceria di altissimo livello, brioche e altro buonissime, servizio e gentilezza sempre ottimali. Bravo Alessandro a convenzionarsi con questi due bar, entrambi eccezionali e ottimi!
Assolutamente da consigliare e da provare perchè comodissimo, perfetto per un viaggio di breve o lunga durata, ottimi i prezzi.

La pulizia e la affabilità e accoglienza del proprietario
Avrei preferito la colazione nella struttura ma lil bar - pasticceria verso cui eravamo indirizzati era di ottimo livello

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Die Lager ist super. Das Zimmer und Badzimmer sind groß und hell. Servicepersonal nett und stets bemüht.
Sehr laut und hellhörig. Handtuch wird nicht ausgetauscht, selbst wenn es durchgenässt auf der Boden liegt. Etwas schwierig mit der Kommunikation.
